Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour assurer le retrait de boîtes pliantes (2) pliées à plat dans un compartiment de magasin (3) et leur transfert, constitué d'un porte-satellite (9) susceptible de tourner autour d'un axe porte-planétaire (8) et d'être entraîné, d'un élément satellite (11) qui est monté tournant sur le porte-satellite (9) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe porte-satellite (10), excentré par rapport à l'axe porte-planétaire (8) et parallèle à celui-ci, et porte un organe de préhension (12) ainsi qu'un pignon satellite (13) qui est coaxial avec l'axe porte-satellite (10) et est couplé directement ou indirectement avec un planétaire (14) coaxial avec l'axe porte-planétaire (8), seul l'élément satellite (11), au nombre d'exactement un, portant l'organe de préhension (12), étant associé au porte-satellite (9), et une unité d'entraînement (16) étant associée au planétaire (14) pour influencer de manière ciblée la position angulaire de l'élément satellite (11), caractérisé en ce que pour le transfert de la boîte pliante (2), retirée du compartiment de magasin (3), dans un convoyeur (4) comportant des cellules de transport (5) recevant chacune une boîte pliante (2), la trajectoire de l'organe de préhension (12) présente un tracé (17) asymétrique, raccourci par rapport à une trajectoire hypocycloïdale, avec seulement deux positions allongées (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (16) est constituée d'un mécanisme de manoeuvre pas à pas.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (16) est constituée d'un servomoteur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le servomoteur est prévu pour modifier pas à pas la position angulaire de l'élément satellite (11).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux positions allongées (18) forment un angle de 120° entre elles.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque cellule de transport (5) est constituée d'au moins un élément d'entraînement (6) pousseur et d'un élément d'entraînement (7) amont et en ce que la trajectoire de la boîte pliante (2), définie par la rotation du planétaire (14), amène ladite boîte contre l'élément d'entraînement (6) pousseur, en vue de la redresser.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque cellule de transport (5) est constituée d'au moins un élément d'entraînement (6) pousseur et d'un élément d'entraînement (7) amont et en ce que la trajectoire, définie par la rotation du planétaire (14), de la boîte pliante (2) s'ouvrant de manière différente amène ladite boîte contre l'élément d'entraînement (7) amont, en vue de la redresser.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le sens de rotation du planétaire (14) est constant.
