Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Aufschrauben eines Schraubverschlusses auf einen Behälter (3), mit einer antreibbaren Spindel (4) und einem relativ zu dieser drehbaren Verschließkopf (5), wobei zwischen der Spindel und dem Verschließkopf eine Magnetkupplung (6) mit mehreren mit dem Verschließkopf drehfest verbundenen Permanentmagneten (7) angeordnet ist und der Verschließkopf auf einer Kreisbahn umläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stationär an der Kreisbahn des Verschließkopfs (5) im Umlaufbereich der Permanentmagneten (7) ein deren Bewegungszustand erfassender, induktiver Detektor (8) angeordnet ist, dass der Detektor (8) mindestens eine elektrische Spule (9) aufweist, in der durch die vorbeidrehenden Permanentmagneten (7) eine Spannung induzierbar ist, und dass die Spule (9) mit einer Detektionsschaltung (26) verbunden ist, die zwischen einer konstanten Spannung, bei nicht vorhandener Eigenrotation des Verschließkopfs, und einer pulsierenden oder wechselspannung bei Eigenrotation des Verschließkopfs unterscheidet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Detektor (8) in einem an den Verschließwinkel (v) anschließenden Restwinkel (R) der Kreisbahn des verschließkopfs (5) angeordnet ist, in dem normalerweise bei ordnungsgemäßem verschließvorgang keine Eigendrehung des Verschließkopfs (5) stattfindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Detektor (8) eine Auswertungseinrichtung (27) angeschlossen ist, die bei einem vom Detektor (8) registrierten fehlerhaften Bewegungszustand der Permanentmagnete (7) einen Alarm auslöst und/oder eine Ausscheidung der vom durchdrehenden Verschließkopf (5) behandelten Behälters und/oder eine Identifizierung des durchdrehenden Verschließkopfs (5) auslöst.
