Claims (5)

  1. System zur Verarbeitung von Transportinformation unter Verwendung eines Kommunikationsnetzwerks, umfassend:
    ein Kundenkommunikationsmittel zur Durchführung einer direkten Anrufverbindung, die direkt mit einem Transportfahrzeug verbindet, durch Betätigung eines Kunden, der einen Transportdienst mittels des Transportfahrzeugs zu verwenden wünscht;
    eine Vielzahl von Kommunikationsmitteln für Transportfahrzeuge, die in jedem Transportfahrzeug zur Bereitstellung eines Transportdienstes vorgesehen sind, zur Durchführung einer direkten Anrufverbindung mit dem Kundenkommunikationsmittel;
    ein Informationsdatenbasismittel zur Speicherung von Teilnehmerinformation über eine Vielzahl von Transportfahrzeugen und Kommunikationsmitteln von Transportfahrzeugen, Verbindungshistorie-Information der Kommunikationsmittel jedes Transportfahrzeugs und Information über eine Belastung in Form von Kosten für den Dienst des Kundenkommunikationsmittels;
    ein Hostservermittel, in dem beim Verbinden des Kundenkommunikationsmittels zur Verwendung des Transportdienstes dieses derartig betrieben wird, daß das Kundenkommunikationsmittel eine direkte Anrufverbindung mit den Kommunikationsmitteln der Transportfahrzeuge nacheinander entsprechend der vorbestimmten Reihenfolge auf der Grundlage der Teilnehmerinformation und der Verbindungsvergangenheitsinformation im Informationsdatenbasismittel herstellt; und
    ein Datenübergabemittel zur Durchführung einer direkten Anrufverbindung mit den Kundenkommunikationsmitteln durch Anrufen eines vorbestimmten Kommunikationsmittels eines Transportfahrzeugs entsprechend einem Rufbefehl durch das Hostservermittel.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kundenkommunikationsmittel ein mobiles Kommunikationsendgerät zur Durchführung einer Anrufverbindung über ein drahtloses Kommunikationsnetzwerk ist.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kundenkommunikationsmittel ein drahtgebundenes Kommunikationsendgerät zur Durchführung einer drahtgebundenen Anrufverbindung über ein öffentliches Fernsprechwählnetz ist.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kundenkommunikationsmittel einen Netzwerkcomputer umfaßt, der mit einem drahtgebundenen oder drahtlosen Modem für Internetkommunikation und einem zweckentsprechenden Webbrowser-Programm versehen ist, zur Durchführung einer Anrufverbindung entsprechend einer Internettelefonfunktion über ein Internetkommunikationsnetzwerk.
  5. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vielzahl von Kommunikationsmitteln für Transportfahrzeuge die Vielzahl von mobilen Kommunikationsendgeräten ist, die eine drahtlose Anrufverbindung über das drahtlose Kommunikationsnetzwerk durchführen und Lehrfahrzeuginformation drahtlos an das Hostservermittel übertragen, um den Transportdienst bereitzustellen.
