Abstract
Description
- on fixe aux deux extrémités du jonc deux interfaces métalliques (3 ;13) respectivement sur lesquelles viendront se fixer les armatures métalliques de l'isolateur,
- on pose le revêtement autour du jonc et autour des interfaces métalliques en laissant une partie d'extrémité de chaque interface métallique non recouverte par le revêtement pour permettre une fixation ultérieure des armatures métalliques.
- on pose le revêtement par injection.
- on fixe chaque interface métallique à une extrémité du jonc par une technique de rétreint.
- on fixe chaque armature métallique à une interface métallique par une technique de rétreint, par exemple à l'aide d'une presse de chantier.
- chaque interface métallique est un tube.
- le tube comporte une paroi transversale intérieure de séparation étanche entre le jonc et une armature métallique.
- la paroi intérieure est un voile métallique.
- la paroi intérieure est un élément rapporté.
Claims (8)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un isolateur composite constitué d'un jonc (2 ;12) entouré par un revêtement isolant (6 ;16) et pourvu à ses deux extrémités respectivement de deux armatures métalliques (4 ;14), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste dans les étapes suivantes :on fixe aux deux extrémités du jonc deux interfaces métalliques (3 ;13) respectivement sur lesquelles viendront se fixer les armatures métalliques de l'isolateur,on pose le revêtement autour du jonc et autour des interfaces métalliques en laissant une partie d'extrémité de chaque interface métallique non recouverte par le revêtement pour permettre une fixation ultérieure des armatures métalliques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on pose le revêtement par injection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on fixe chaque interface métallique à une extrémité du jonc par une technique de rétreint.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel on fixe chaque armature métallique à une interface métallique par une technique de rétreint à l'aide d'une presse de chantier.
- Isolateur composite de distribution moyenne tension fabriqué à partir d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel chaque interface métallique est un tube.
- Isolateur composite selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le tube comporte une paroi transversale intérieure (5 ;15) de séparation étanche entre le jonc et une armature métallique.
- Isolateur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la paroi intérieure est un voile métallique.
- Isolateur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la paroi intérieure est un élément rapporté.
