Description
Claims (11)
- Schließzylinder mit mindestens einem in einem Gehäuse gelagerten Zylinderkern sowie mit einem elektromechanischen Gesperre in Form eines aus dem Gehäuse in den Zylinderkern einschiebbaren und zurückziehbaren Riegels, der über einem Exzentertrieb mit einem Elektromotor kinematisch verbunden ist, wobei an der Welle des Elektromotors ein exzentrisch angeordneter Kurbelzapfen vorgesehen ist und der Hub des Exzentertriebes der Riegelverschiebung entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehkreis (11) des Kurbelzapfens (7) anschlagbegrenzt ist und der der Sperrstellung des Riegels (8) entsprechende Anschlag in einer den maximalen Hub (H) überschreitenden Übertotpunktlage des Drehkreises (11) des Kurbelzapfens (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kurbelzapfen (7) in einem Führungsschlitz (9) am Schaftende des Riegels (8) eingreift und der Führungsschlitz (9) quer zur Verschieberichtung des Riegels (8) orientiert ist und eine den Winkel des Drehkreises (11) des Kurbelzapfens (7) begrenzende Länge aufweist, wobei ein Ende des Führungsschlitzes (9) den Anschlag zur Begrenzung des Drehkreiswinkels bildet.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende des Führungsschlitzes (9) einen Abstand von der die Drehachse des Elektromotors (5) kreuzenden und in Riegelausschubrichtung orientierten Achse aufweist, der kleiner als der Radius des den Kurbelzapfen (7) einhüllenden Hüllkreises (12) ist.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die der Sperrstellung des Riegels (8) entsprechende Übertotpunktlage des Kurbelzapfens (7) bzw. des Exzentertriebes, z.B. mittels einer Feder (13), magnetischer Haltekräfte od. dgl. verrastbar bzw. fixierbar ist.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Elektromotor (5) und dem Kurbelzapfen (7, 18, 28) eine begrenzte Freistellung bei der Kraftübertragung vorgesehen ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Freistellung zwischen der Welle des Elektromotors (5) und einer Kurbelscheibe (17, 27) mit dem exzentrisch angeordneten Kurbelzapfen (18, 28) ein mit der Welle drehfest verbundener Mitnehmer (14, 24) mit einer radial auskragenden Nase (15, 25) vorgesehen ist, der je nach Drehrichtung des Elektromotors (5) an der einen oder anderen Seite eines exzentrischen Anschlags (19) an der Kurbelscheibe (17, 27) bzw. an dem Kurbelzapfen (18, 28) angreift und bei Drehrichtungsänderung nach einer leeren Anlaufdrehung von z.B. 150° den exzentrisch gelagerten Kurbelzapfen (18, 28) mitnimmt.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbelscheibe (17, 27) eine koaxiale zylindrische Ausnehmung aufweist, in die ein zylindrischer Lagerteil des Mitnehmers (24) eingreift und dass im Drehkreis der Nase (25) des Mitnehmers (24), insbesondere an dem dem Kurbelzapfen (28) gegenüberliegenden Ende des zylindrischen Körpers, der Anschlag vorgesehen ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kurbelzapfen (7) in einen Führungsschlitz (9) des Exentertriebes eingreift, der im Bereich der Verriegelungsstellung des Riegels (8) in seiner Breite zur begrenzten Freistellung des Riegels (8) vergrößert und der Riegel (8) bei in der Übertotpunktlage stehenden Kurbelzapfen (7) gegenüber dem Kurbelzapfen (7) in Verriegelungsrichtung im Rahmen der Freistellung begrenzt vorschiebbar ist.
- Schließzylinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Freistellung des Kurbelzapfens (7) im Führungsschlitz (9) in der Verriegelungsstellung gleich oder größer ist als der Abstand eines riegelseitigen Anschlags (20) zu einem gehäuseseitigen Anschlag (21) für den maximalen Hub des Exentertriebes.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Drehkreis (11) begrenzende Anschlag für den Kurbelzapfen (7) in einer den maximalen Hub des Exentertriebes überschreitenden Übertotpunktlage als Vorsprung (23) in einem den Exentertrieb mindestens teilweise umgebenden Kurbelgehäuse (22) ausgebildet ist.
- Schließzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Drehkreis (11) in der Übertotpunktlage des Riegels (8) begrenzende Anschlag für den Kurbelzapfen (7) durch ein Ende des in der Länge gegenüber dem Drehkreisdurchmesser verkürzten Führungsschlitzes (9) gebildet ist.
