Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von zylindrischen, großvolumigen Metallbehältern aus Blechrollen (40) an ihrem Standort, bei dem Mittel (30) zum Ziehen, Biegen und Abwickeln der Blechbahn (41) sowie Mittel für das Querschneiden (70), das Zusammenfügen (80) und das Längsschweißen der Blechbahnen eingesetzt werden, bestehend darin, durch progressives Biegen und Krümmen die Ringe (42, 43) entsprechend dem gewünschten Durchmesser je nach Abwicklung der Blechbahn (41) herzustellen und die Ringe (42, 43) nacheinander von oben nach unten herzustellen, indem man jeden einzelnen (42) direkt unter dem vorherigen (43) fertigt, der durch progressive Verbindung der Blechbahn im Verlaufe der Formgebung in Rotation versetzt wird; dieser Verbindung geht eine ebenso progressive Abstützung des vorigen Ringes (43) auf der Kante der Blechbahn (41) im Verlaufe des Abwickelns bis zur vollständigen Fertigung des nächsten Ringes (42) voraus; das Dach (44) wird auf der Oberkante des ersten Ringes (42) nach Fertigstellung dieses Ringes oder der ersten beiden Ringe befestigt; sobald die Wand die gewünschte Höhe erreicht hat, wird sie mit dem Boden (11) verbunden, dadurch gekennzeichnet:1 °) dass der Fertigung der Ringe folgende Vorgänge vorausgehen:a) Fertigung eines Bodens (11) durch kreisförmiges Brennschneiden von zusammengelegten Blechbahnen, die vorher seitlich verbunden worden sind, entsprechend einem Punkt C, der auf der Oberfläche dieser zusammengelegten Bleche willkürlich bestimmt wird.b) Erstellung der Symetrieachse der Ringe durch Aufschweißen einer Referenzvorrichtung mit einer Vertikalachse Y, die genau mit dem im vorigen Abschnitt auf der Oberfläche des Bodens (11) festgelegten Punkt C übereinstimmt.c) Genaue Positionierung im Bezug auf die Achse Y der Referenzvorrichtung aller Mittel, die zum Ziehen, Abwickeln, zur Führung, Zusammenfügung und zum Schweißen der Blechbahnen und zum Anheben des Ganzen je nach Fortschreiten der Fertigstellung beitragen.2 °) dass die Vertikalstellung der Abwicklungsrollen (13) der Hebemittel (12) sehr präzise fernüberwacht wird, einzeln und gemeinsam, je nach Fortschreiten der Arbeiten des Zusammenführens und der dadurch erforderlichen Folgearbeiten.3 °) dass die jeweilige Stellung der internen (91) und externen (92) Schweißvorrichtungen ständig im Verlaufe ihrer Verwendung sehr genau angegeben wird, mit sofortiger Angabe der Verschiebungen, die zwischen den beiden Vorrichtungen auftreten können, damit diese Verschiebungen sofort behoben werden, um ständig eine einwandfreie Übereinstimmung der internen und externen Schweißpunkte während des Fortschreitens der Schweißnaht im Gesims zu gewährleisten.4 °) dass die Schweißverbindung des Daches mit der entsprechenden Kante des oberen Ringes gleichzeitig mit der Rotation des Ganzen um 360° bei einer kontrollierten Geschwindigkeit ausgeführt wird, die ideal mit dem Fortschreiten der Schweißnaht übereinstimmt.5 °) dass vor dem Aufschweißen des Ganzen auf den Boden (11) erfolgt:die Abstützung der freien Kante des unteren Ringes (43) auf beweglichen Mitnehmern,die Demontage der Abwicklungsrollen (13),das nach unten koordinierte Versetzen der vorgenannten beweglichen Mitnehmer bis zur Abstützung der freien Kante des unteren Ringes (43) auf dem äußeren Umfang des Bodens (11)und anschließend das Entfernen der für diesen letzten Arbeitsgang nicht benötigten Geräte durch das Mannloch.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, die folgendes beinhaltet: die Mittel zum Ziehen, Biegen (30) und zur ständigen Kontrolle (60) der Biegung und des Abwickelns der Blechbahn (41) sowie die Mittel für das Querschneiden (70), das Querverschweißen (80) und das Längsschweißen (90) des Bleches, die Mittel zum Ziehen und Biegen der Blechbahn (41), bestehend aus zwei motorgetriebenen Rollen (31, 32), von denen die eine feststeht (31) und die andere (32) durch einen Zylinder (34) gegen die erste gedrückt wird, und aus einer beweglichen Rolle (33), die sich hinter den beiden ersten (31, 32) befindet und deren Bewegung in Abhängigkeit von der für das Blech nötigen Biegung durch einen Zylinder (35) gesteuert wird; die Mittel zur ständigen Kontrolle der Biegung und des Abwickelns der Blechbahn (41) bestehen aus einem Näherungsschalter (50) und einer Kodierscheibe (60); die Mittel zur Abwicklung bestehen aus Rollen (13) in Verbindung mit Hubzylindern (12), die gleichmäßig auf einem Umkreis verteilt sind, um eine Manege (10) zu bilden, deren Durchmesser dem des gewünschten Ringes (42) entspricht; diese Rollen (13) sind dazu bestimmt, das Blech (41) nach der Biegung progressiv abzustützen während ihrer Abwicklung mittels einer Zugvorrichtung mit motorgetriebenen Rollen (100), gekennzeichnet durch einen programmierbaren Automaten, welcher durch einen drahtlosen Schaltkasten ferngesteuert wird, der die Mittel zum Ziehen (31, 32, 34), Biegen (33, 35), Querschneiden (70), zur ständigen Überwachung der Kontrolle und des Abwickelns (50, 60), zum Querschneiden (70), Schweißen (90) und zur Abstützung des Bleches im Laufe der Abwicklung (12, 13) sowie die Zugvorrichtung mit motorgetriebenen Rollen (100) steuert und durch Fühler, die mit einem Monitor verbunden sind, welcher in Echtzeit eventuelle Positionsabweichungen im Hinblick auf ihre sofortige Behebung misst und anzeigt und ebenso die Position der Elektroden der Schweißvorrichtungen (91, 92) kontrolliert.
