Description

Abstellbehälter für Kältegeräte
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Abstellbehälter zur Montage in einer Tür eines Kältegeräts.
Derartige Abstellgeräte haben im allgemeinen die Form von im wesentlichen quaderför- migen, oben offenen Kästen, die im wesentlichen vorgesehen sind, um in Flaschen oder Gläsern abgepackte Kühlgüter aufzunehmen. Im allgemeinen sind diese Abstellbehälter mit Rastmitteln versehen, die eine lösbare Befestigung an der Innenfläche der Tür in unterschiedlichen Höhen ermöglichen.
Um Kosten zu sparen, ist es für den Hersteller von Kältegeräten wünschenswert, die Türen der Geräte so zu konzipieren, dass eine große Vielfalt von Gerätemodellen mit einer möglichst geringen Zahl unterschiedlicher Abstellbehälter bestückt werden kann.
Das Ergebnis einer solchen Konstruktion ist jedoch, dass die diversen Gerätemodelle im Innern ein sehr einheitliches Aussehen erhalten, was nicht immer erwünscht ist. Wenn z.B. ein Hersteller unterschiedliche Modellreihen fertigt, von denen z.B. eine auf Funktionalität und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis optimiert ist, wohingegen eine andere möglicherweise eher dem Anspruch der Kunden an Exklusivität befriedigen soll, so muss auch die Innenausstattung einschließlich der Tür-Abstellbehälter an den Anspruch der einzelnen Modellreihen angepasst sein. Dies bedeutet bislang, dass derartige Teile nicht innerhalb des gesamten Produktsortiments des Herstellers einheitlich eingesetzt werden können, sondern dass sie jeweils für einzelne Modelle oder Modellserien eigens konstruiert werden müssen, was mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden ist.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, einen Abstellbehälter zur Montage in einer Tür eines Kältegeräts, dessen äußeres Erscheinungsbild auf einfache Weise veränderbar ist und der dadurch geeignet ist, in einer Vielzahl von Modellreihen verwendet zu werden, bzw. ein Kältegerät mit einem auf einfache Weise variablen Aussehen im Innern zu schaf- fen. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Abstellbehälter, der aus einem Behälterkorpus und einer Dekorblende aufgebaut ist, die ein vom Behälterkorpus getrenntes Teil bildet. Der Behälterkorpus kann in einer Vielzahl von Modellreihen in völlig unveränderter Form zum Einsatz kommen, eine Anpassung des Abstellbehälters an ein gewünschtes Erscheinungsbild der Kältegeräte einer Modellreihe kann ausschließlich mit Hilfe der Dekorblende erfolgen. Für den Behälterkorpus ergeben sich so Einsparungen bei der Fertigung, da dieser in größeren Stückzahlen hergestellt und eingesetzt werden kann. Eine Anpassung an ein gewünschtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild der einzelnen Modellreihen erfolgt allein durch die Dekorblende, die somit in einer begrenzten Zahl von Versionen konstruiert werden muss, wobei allerdings der Aufwand zu ihrer Konstruktion und zur Herstellung der jeweils spezifisch benötigten Produktionswerkzeuge wesentlich geringer ist, als bei einem vollständigen Abstellbehälter.
Um die Anbringung der Dekorblende am Abstellbehälter zu vereinfachen, ist wenigstens an einer Sichtseite des Abstellbehälters ein vertieftes Feld zum Aufnehmen der Dekor- blende ausgebildet. Durch formschlüssiges Einfügen der Dekorblende in das Feld ist deren Position exakt definiert, die Anbringung kann daher auf einfache Weise ohne Maßnehmen erfolgen.
Einer ersten Ausgestaltung zufolge ist das vertiefte Feld zum oberen Rand der Sichtseite hin offen, um ein Aufstecken der Dekorblende von oben zu ermöglichen.
Insbesondere in diesem Fall ist es zweckmäßig, wenn die Dekorblende eine den oberen Rand des Behälterkorpus umgreifende Krempe aufweist, die der aufgesteckten Dekorblende am Korpus Halt gibt.
Zweckmäßigerweise kann vorgesehen werden, dass die Stärke der Dekorplatte der Tiefe des vertieften Feldes entspricht. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine bündige Außenseite des Abstellbehälters mit daran montierter Dekorblende, die für einen Benutzer leicht sauber zu halten ist.
Die Aufgabe wird ferner gelöst durch ein Kältegerät, das mit einer Mehrzahl von Abstellbehältern der oben definierten Art ausgerüstet ist. Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Abstellbehälters ohne Dekorblende gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Abstellbehälters aus Fig. 1 mit einer unvollständig montierten Dekorblende;
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht des Behälters mit vollständig montierter Dekorblende;
Fig. 4 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Abstellbehälters und einer Dekorblende gemäß einer zweiten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung; und
Fig. 5 eine Ansicht eines Kältegeräts, an dem die vorliegende Erfindung anwendbar ist.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Korpus 1 eines erfindungsgemäßen Abstellbehälters. Der Korpus 1 ist ein einstückiges Spritzgußteil aus Kunststoff. Er umfasst vier Seitenwände, eine in der Fig. dem Betrachter zugewandte Sichtseite 2, zwei Schmalseiten 3 und eine Rückseite 4, sowie einen geschlossenen Boden. An der Rückseite 4 und/oder den Schmalseiten 3 sind Rastelemente angeordnet, die, da sie nicht Gegenstand der Erfindung sind, in der Fig. nicht dargestellt sind, und die in an sich bekannter Weise die Montage des Korpus 1 in unterschiedlichen hierfür vorgesehenen Positionen an der Innenseite einer Tür eines Kältegeräts ermöglichen. Die Wandstärken des Korpus 1 sind so bemessen, dass dieser für sich allein die für seine Nutzung erforderliche mecha- nische Festigkeit aufweist.
Die Sichtseite 2 des Korpus 1 ist größtenteils von einem vertieften Feld 5 ausgefüllt, das jeweils an den Seiten und nach unten durch vorstehende Ränder 6, 7 begrenzt ist. Nach oben hin ist das Feld 5 unberandet, und die obere Kante 8 der Sichtseite 2 verläuft im Bereich des vertieften Feldes geringfügig tiefer als die oberen Kanten der anderen Seiten Fig. 2 zeigt den Korpus 1 zusammen mit einer Dekorblende 10, die zum Teil in das vertiefte Feld 5 eingefügt gezeigt ist. Die Dekorblende 10 ist plattenförmig mit einer an ihrer oberen Kante angeformten Krempe 11. Die im Querschnitt hakenförmige Krempe 11 ist so bemessen, dass sie im in Fig. 3 gezeigten vollständig montierten Zustand der Dekorblende 10 die obere Kante 8 der Sichtseite 2 formschlüssig umgreift.
An einer Innenfläche der Krempe 11 können (in der Fig. nicht sichtbare) Rastmittel zur Verrastung der Dekorblende 10 an der Sichtseite 2 vorgesehen sein. Die Materialstärke der Dekorblende ist so bemessen, dass ihre Außenflächen jeweils mit den umgebenden Bereichen der Sichtseite 2 bzw. der oberen Kante 8 bündig verlaufen.
Zur Verankerung der Dekorblende 10 am Korpus 1 können an dem horizontal verlaufenden Rand 7 des vertieften Feldes 5 ein oder mehrere Aussparungen 12 gebildet sein, die im vollständig montierten Zustand der Dekorblende 10 an deren unteren Kante angeformte Vorsprünge 13 formschlüssig aufnehmen. Auf diese Weise kann allein durch eine Ver- rastung im Bereich der Krempe 11 die Dekorblende 10 auf ihrer gesamten Ausdehnung sicher am Korpus 1 verankert werden.
Da die Dekorblende 10 nicht notwendigerweise statische Funktionen für die Stabilität des Abstellbehälters erfüllen muss, kann sie aus weitgehend beliebigen, im wesentlichen un- ter ästhetischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählten Materialien hergestellt sein. Da sie dünnwandig sein kann, fallen auch bei Verwendung relativ kostspieliger Materialien die Materialkosten kaum ins Gewicht.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht von Korpus 21 und Dekorblende 30 eines Ab- stellbehälters gemäß einer zweiten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung. Bei dieser zweiten Ausgestaltung erstreckt sich ein vertieftes Feld 25 über die gesamte Breite der Sichtseite 22 und einen Teil der Breite der darin angrenzenden Schmalseiten 23. Komplementär zur Form dieses vertieften Feldes 25 ist die Dekorblende 30 klammerförmig mit einem sich über die Sichtseite 22 erstreckenden zentralen Bereich 34 und zwei daran angrenzenden Seitenwangen 35 ausgebildet.
Zur Befestigung der Dekorblende 30 sind Rastmittel an den sich auf die Sichtseiten 23 erstreckenden Bereichen des vertieften Feldes 25 und den diesen gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten der Seitenwangen 35 vorgesehen. Bei der hier gezeigten Ausgestaltung umfassen diese Rastmittel eine Mehrzahl von flexiblen Zungen 36, die ins Innere des Korpus 21 elastisch eindrückbar sind und die an ihren freien Enden Vorsprünge 37 tragen, die zum Eingreifen in komplementäre Aussparungen 38 der Seitenwangen 35 vorgesehen sind. Aussparungen 39 an einem vertikalen Rand 40 des Feldes 25 nehmen jeweils an ein Ende der Seitenwangen 35 angeformte Vorsprünge 41 auf. Auf diese Weise wird eine unlösbare, von außen nicht sichtbare Befestigung der Dekorblende 30 am Korpus 21 erreicht.
Selbstverständlich können auch andere geeignete Rastmittel zur Befestigung der Dekor- blende zum Einsatz kommen, auch eine Verklebung der Blende am Korpus kommt in Frage.
Fig. 5 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Ansicht ein Kältegerät 50 mit geöffneter Tür 51, an deren Innenseite eine Mehrzahl von Abstellbehälterm 52 der oben beschriebenen Art montiert sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Abstellbehälter zur Montage in einer Tür eines Kältegeräts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstellbehälter aus einem Behälterkorpus (1 , 21) und einer ein vom Behälterkorpus (1 , 21) getrenntes Teil bildenden Dekorblende (10, 30) aufgebaut ist
2. Abstellbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens an einer Sichtseite (2, 22) des Abstellbehälters ein vertieftes Feld (5, 25) zum Auf- nehmen der Dekorblende (10, 30) ausgebildet ist.
3. Abstellbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vertiefte Feld (5) zum oberen Rand (8) der Sichtseite (2) hin offen ist.
4. Abstellbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorblende (10) eine den oberen Rand des Behälterkorpus (1) umgreifende Krempe (11) aufweist.
5. Abstellbehälter nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stärke der Dekorplatte (10, 30) der Tiefe des vertieften Feldes (5, 25) entspricht.
6. Abstellbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorblende (10, 30) am Behälterkorpus (1 , 21) durch eine Steckverbindung montierbar ist.
7. Kältegerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Mehrzahl von Abstellbehältern (52) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgerüstet ist.
