Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten einer laufenden Materialbahn mit einer Schlitzdüse (1), aus der das Beschichtungsmaterial in einem freifallenden Vorhang austritt und die an jeder Seite unmittelbar neben dem Austrittsspalt (3) ein sich nach unten erstreckendes Führungselement (2) für den Rand des Vorhangs aufweist, und mit einem im Randbereich der Bahn angeordneten Absaugelement (6) zum Absaugen von Beschichtungsmaterial, das am unteren Ende jedes Führungselementes (2) befestigt ist, und das ein an eine Saugleitung (8) angeschlossenen Absaugkanal (7) führt, der in einen Absaugeschlitz (9) mündet, der am unteren Ende der Innenseite des Absaugelementes (6) senkrecht zur Vorhangebene verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Vorhang zugewandte Innenseite des Absaugelementes (6) mit der Innenseite des Führungselementes fluchtet und daß der Absaugkanal (7) unten mit einem dünnen Boden (10) verschlossen ist, der im Absaugschlitz (9) mit einer scharfen Kante endet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Absaugschlitz (9) am unteren Ende des Absaugelementes (6) mit einem Abstand von 0,1 mm bis 3 mm von der Bahn angeordnet ist und eine Länge in Bahnlaufrichtung von 0,5 mm bis 15 mm, bevorzugt 5 mm bis 12 mm, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Absaugschlitzes (9) 0,1 mm bis 2 mm, bevorzugt 0,5 mm bis 1 mm, beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Absaugkanal (7) zumindest eine Leitung (11) zur Zufuhr von Spülflüssigkeit mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden es Absaugkanals (7) nur geringfügig gegen die Bahn geneigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Führungselement (2) in Form einer Leiste gestattet und aus einem begrenzt flexiblen, elastisch biegbaren Material, insbesondere aus Federstahl, gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende des Führungselementes (2) mit dem daran befestigten Absaugelement (6) mittels eines Verstellelementes quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verstellbar ist.
