Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de transmission d'informations,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    on transmet les informations par groupes de données, les informations comprennent au moins une description d'événement codée transmise dans un premier groupe de données, et on transmet des informations complémentaires dans au moins un groupe de données complémentaire, le groupe de données complémentaire étant annoncé dans le premier groupe de données.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations complémentaires sont transmises par un canal de transmission alternatif, et au moins un premier groupe de données, dans lequel les informations sont transmises, contient un renvoi au canal de transmission alternatif.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations sont transmises selon le standard TMC, de préférence par émetteur radio à ondes ultracourtes à l'intérieur du signal RDS (système de données radio), ou par émetteur radio numérique tel que DAB, DSR ou similaires, ou par radio mobile, de préférence selon le standard GSM, GPRS ou UMTS.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations complémentaires sont transmises dans au moins un groupe de données RDS supplémentaire.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations complémentaires sont identifiées comme informations complémentaires par une identification d'informations complémentaires appelée «label» à l'intérieur d'au moins un groupe de données supplémentaire.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'identification d'informations complémentaires correspond au label selon la spécification TMC ISO 14819-1 utilisé pour des messages multi-groupes.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les informations complémentaires sont identifiées par une identification d'informations complémentaires élargie, comprenant une identification d'informations complémentaires appelée « label » et par une sous-identification d'informations complémentaires appelée « sous-label » à l'intérieur d'au moins un groupe de données supplémentaire.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'identification d'informations complémentaires correspond au label selon la spécification TMC ISO 14819-1 utilisé pour des messages multi-groupes, et pour le sous-label on utilise dans le label d'autres bits suivants de données du champ de données, selon la spécification TMC ISO 14819-1.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un renvoi à un canal de transmission alternatif ou à au moins un groupe de données complémentaire est transmis en tant que partie d'une identification d'application (application ID) qui sert à identifier des informations TMC à l'intérieur du signal de données radio, et qui est transmise dans un autre groupe de données que les informations.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un renvoi à une transmission alternative suivante d'informations élargies, comprenant les informations et les informations complémentaires, est transmis au lieu d'informations conventionnelles, en particulier des informations TMC, par une identification d'application (application ID) adaptée à cet effet qui sert à identifier des informations TMC à l'intérieur du signal de données radio et est transmise dans un autre groupe de données que les informations.
  11. Récepteur pour recevoir des informations codées, en particulier des messages relatifs à la circulation ou des informations importantes concernant la circulation, les informations étant transmises par groupes de données, une information comprenant au moins une description d'événement codée, en particulier une description d'événement ou de lieu codée, et dont des informations transmises servent de préférence à préciser la description d'événement ou de lieu codée, le récepteur présentant des moyens pour identifier les informations et les informations supplémentaires.
  12. Récepteur selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé par
    - des moyens de réception des informations,
    - des moyens d'identification d'un renvoi à un canal de transmission alternatif,
    - des moyens d'identification et de réception des informations complémentaires transmises par le canal de transmission alternatif.
  13. Récepteur selon la revendication 11 ou 12, pour recevoir des informations TMC ou des informations TMC élargies, comprenant des moyens de détection d'identification annonçant la transmission d'informations élargies, en particulier d'une identification d'application adaptée à cet effet.
