Claims (10)
- Beschlagteil zur Klemmbefestigung an Profilen mit mindestens einer hinterschnittenen Seitenwand, wobei das Beschlagteil mindestens ein Klemmstück aufweist, das für die Klemmbefestigung die hinterschnittene Seitenwand mittels einer Schraubeinrichtung verspannend hintergreift, und die Schraubeinrichtung mindestens eine Gewindeschraube aufweist, die am Beschlagteil angreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (48) der Gewindeschraube (4) eine Öffnung des Klemmstücks (6) durchgreift und mit ihrem freien Ende (49) in ein Druckstück (5) eingeschraubt ist, das beim Anziehen der Gewindeschraube (4) das Klemmstück (6) gegen einen quer zur Längsachse der Gewindeschraube (4), bezüglich der Längsachse (30) der Gewindeschraube (4) der Seitenwand (11) abgewandt liegenden Anschlag (52) des Beschlagteils (1) drängt.
- Beschlagteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (44) von Druckstück (5) und Klemmstück (6) am Druckstück (5) und/oder am Klemmstück (6) in quer, insbesondere rechtwinklig, zur Längserstreckung des Profils (3) verlaufender Richtung konvex gewölbt ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindeschraubenachse (30) zur inneren Bodenfläche (13) des Profils (3) einen spitzen Winkel (α), insbesondere einen Winkel im Bereich von 5° bis 30°, vorzugsweise einen Winkel im Bereich von 10° bis 20°, derart einschließt, dass der lotrechte Abstand des freien Endes (49) der Gewindeschraube (4) zur Bodenfläche (13) kleiner ist als der lotrechte Abstand ihres Kopfes (47') zur Bodenfläche (13).
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (6) mindestens einen hakenförmigen Fortsatz (32) für das Hintergreifen der hinterschnittenen Seitenwand (11) aufweist.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung des Klemmstücks als Langloch (37,38) ausgebildet ist, dessen Längserstreckung quer, insbesondere rechtwinklig, zur Längserstreckung des Profils (3) verläuft.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (6) mit einer quer, insbesondere rechtwinklig oder etwa rechtwinklig, zur Gewindeschraubenachse (30) verlaufenden Fläche (53) gegen den Anschlag (52) gedrängt wird.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (6) -in Richtung der Längserstreckung des Profils (3) sowie vom freien Ende (49) der Gewindeschraube (4) aus betrachtet- konvex gebogen ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (6) zumindest an seinen Endbereichen (39,40) an der Kontaktfläche/den Kontaktflächen mit dem Profil (3) mit einem Prägemuster (41) versehen ist.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmstück (6) mindestens zwei, mit Abstand zueinander liegende Öffnungen für den Durchgriff einer entsprechende Anzahl von Gewindeschrauben (4) aufweist.
- Beschlagteil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckstück (5) mindestens zwei, mit Abstand zueinander liegende Gewindebohrungen (45,46) zum Einschrauben einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Gewindeschrauben (4) aufweist.
