Description
In Abhängigkeit von der Einwirkungszeit wirkt die Reinigungsmasse auch schmutz- und/oder fettlösend. Bei einem einfachen Abtupfen kann jedoch die Einwirkungszeit zu gering sein um an einer zu reinigenden Oberfläche fest anhaftende Verschmutzungen oder Fette zu lösen.
Die Viskosität, gemessen bei 25°C, ist je nach Anwendung des gelförmigen Reinigungsmittels 50'000 bis 150'000 mPa.s, vorzugsweise zwischen 80'000 und 120'000 und am meisten bevorzugt 100'000 mPa.s.
Claims (11)
- Mittel zum Entfernen von Feststoffpartikeln von Oberflächen enthaltend Polymere, Tenside und weitere Inhaltsstoffe, wobei die genannten Polymere natürliche Polygalactomanane sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel eine Viskosität von 50'000 bis 150'000 mPa.s, vorzugsweise von 80'000 bis 120'000 mPa.s und am meisten bevorzugt von 100'000 mPa.s aufweist und dass seine Masse zu 70-97%, vorzugsweise zu 95% aus gebundenem Wasser und Lösungsmittel besteht, wobei das Lösungsmittel ein gesättigter, einwertiger Alkohol ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Methylalkohol, Ethylalkohol, Isopropylalkohol oder Gemischen davon ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten natürlichen Polygalactomanane Guarkernmehl und/oder Johannisbrotkernmehl sind.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Guarkernmehl und Johannisbrotkernmehl chemisch und/oder physikalisch modifiziert ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Guarkernmehl carboxymethyliert, alkyliert, hydroxyalkyliert, mit quaternären Ammoniumverbindungen veräthert, oxidativ oder hydrolytisch depolymerisiert oder kationisch modifiziert ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Guarkernmehl und Johannisbrotkernmehl durch Zugabe von Borionen kationisch modifiziert oder vernetzt ist.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die darin enthaltenen Tenside wasserlösliche, hydrolysestabile Tenside der chemischen Struktur der Polydimethylsiloxanpolyoxyalkylen Copolymere oder nichtionogene Tenside der chemischen Struktur der Polysiloxan-Polyether Copolymere sind.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als weitere Inhaltsstoffe fungizide, bakterizide und viruzide Mittel, Farbstoffe und Konservierungsmittel umfasst.
- Mittel nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Wasser/Alkohol-Mischung mit einem Gehalt von 0,1 bis 6 Gewichtsprozent Galactomannan, und 0,01 bis 0,5% Bor mit einem pH-Wert von 6-10 umfasst.
- Mittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel gelförmig ist und in sich verläuft oder in sich vermischbar ist, so dass Schmutzpartikel in die Masse einbettbar sind und sich neue Oberflächen bilden, zur weiteren Aufnahme von Schmutzpartikeln.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mitteln nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Lösung oder Dispersion aus Polymeren, wasserlöslichen, hydrolysestabilen Tensiden und weiteren Inhaltsstoffen hergestellt wird und ein pH von 6-10 eingestellt wird.
- Verwendung des Mittels nach Anspruch 1 als Gelreiniger, Kaltreiniger, Neutralreiniger, Textilreiniger, Desinfektionsreiniger und/oder Technischer Reiniger.
