Claims (11)
- Kupplungsvorrichtung zum Verriegeln von Steckverbindungen insbesondere bei Werkzeugen, die durch Betätigung eines Auslösegliedes (34) auslösbar ist, so daß die Steckverbindung leicht lösbar ist, wobei die Steckverbindung einen Mehrkant (20) an einem der zu verbindenden Teile und eine dazu komplementäre Mehrkantaufhahme an dem zweiten der zu verbindenden Teile aufweist,
bei welcher der Mehrkant (20) einen Längskanal (16) aufweist,
der Längskanal (16) mit einer in einer Mehrkantfläche (18) mündenden Querbohrung (24) verbunden ist,
in der Querbohrung (24) eine Kugel (26) geführt ist,
in dem Längskanal (16) ein Stellkörper (28) längsbeweglich geführt ist, welcher mit einem sich verjüngenden ersten Ende (30) an die Kugel (26) anlegbar ist, so daß die Kugel (26) bei einer Längsbewegung des Stellkörpers (28) in einer ersten Richtung in der Querbohrung (24) radial auswärts in eine Verriegelungsstellung bewegbar ist, und
eine Längsbewegung des Stellkörpers (28) durch das Auslöseglied (34) gegen die Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder (38) einleitbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) der Stellkörper (28) ein sich an beiden Enden verjüngender Stab ist, wobei das in die erste Richtung weisende verjüngte Ende (30) an die Kugel (26) anlegbar ist,(b) an dem den Grundkörper (14) bzw. den Mehrkant (20) bildenden Teil eine weitere Querbohrung (22) vorgesehen ist, welche den Längskanal (16) schneidet,(c) das Auslöseglied (34) ein Rotationskörper mit einer Nockenfläche (43) ist, wobei der Stellkörper (28) mit seinem sich verjüngenden zweiten Ende (32) im Wesentlichen an der Nockenfläche (43) anliegt und(d) das Auslöseglied (34) gegen die Wirkung der Feder (38) aus einer ersten Stellung (Fig.1), in welcher der Stellkörper (28) durch die Nockenfläche (43) in eine die Kugel (26) in ihrer Verriegelungsstellung haltende Lage vorbewegt ist, in eine zweite Stellung (Fig.2) bewegt ist, in welcher der Stellkörper (28) eine radiale Einwärtsbewegung der Kugel (26) aus ihrer Verriegelungsstellung zuläßt. - Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) das sich verjüngende zweite Ende (32) des Stellkörpers (28) anschließend an die Verjüngung eine zur Bewegungsrichtung des Stellkörpers (28) senkrechte Stirnfläche (48) bildet,(b) die Nockenfläche (43) einen ersten zylindrischen Abschnitt (44) aufweist, an welchem der Stellkörper (28) in seiner ersten Stellung (Fig.1) im Wesentlichen mit der Stirnfläche (48) anliegt.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenfläche (43) einen zweiten zylindrischen Abschnitt (47) aufweist, dessen Durchmesser geringer ist als der des ersten zylindrischen Abschnitts (44) und an welchem der Stellkörper (28) in seiner zweiten Stellung (Fig.2) im Wesentlichen mit der Stirnfläche (48) anliegt.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der ein Ausweichen der Kugel (26) gestattenden zweiten Stellung des Stellkörpers (28) die Kugel (26) durch das erste Ende (30) des Stellkörpers (28) in der Querbohrung (24) gesichert ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten zylindrischen Abschnitt (44 bzw. 47) der Nockenfläche (43) ein konischer Abschnitt (45) gebildet ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ende (32) des Stellkörpers (28) unter Bildung der planen Stirnfläche (48) kegelstumpfförmig ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kegelwinkel des konischen Endes (32) des Stellkörpers (28) komplementär zu dem Kegelwinkel des konischen Abschnitts (45) der Nockenfläche (43) ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslöseglied (34) hantelförmig mit zwei Endteilen (35,37) von zylindrischer Grundform mit einander zugewandten kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitten (39,41) ausgebildet ist, die in der weiteren Querbohrung (22) geführt sind und zwischen denen die Nockenfläche (43) gebildet ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Querbohrung (22) eine Sacklochbohrung ist, wobei die Feder (38) zwischen dem Grund der Sacklochbohrung und der inneren Stirnfläche des Auslösegliedes (34) sitzt, und das Auslöseglied (34) in seiner Ruhestellung mit einem Druckknopf (36) über die Oberfläche des ersten Teils (14) hinausragt.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Querbohrung (24) Mittel zur Begrenzung der Auswärtsbewegung der Kugel (26) vorgesehen sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längskanal (16) an seinem Ende verschlossen ist.
