Claims (15)

  1. Matériau résistant à la pénétration comprenant au moins une couche d'épaisseur D, où la couche comprend une première et une deuxième couche de tissu, où la première et la deuxième couche de tissu sont reliées par un liant, où la première couche de tissu contient un premier ensemble de fils formant au moins 65% du poids du tissu, ayant une densité de fils de 3,5 à 20 fils/cm, un titre des fils d'au moins 210 dtex et des filaments formant le fil avec un diamètre de filament F1 et un deuxième ensemble de fils ayant une densité de fils de 0,5 à 16 fils/cm et un titre des fils d'au moins 50 dtex, où le deuxième ensemble de fils se développe par rapport au premier ensemble de fils selon un angle de > 0° à 90° et le rapport de la densité des fils du premier ensemble de fils à la densité des fils du deuxième ensemble des fils est > 1, où la deuxième couche de tissu contient un premier ensemble de fils ayant une densité de fils de 0,5 à 16 fils/cm, un titre des fils d'au moins 50 dtex et un deuxième ensemble de fils formant au moins 65% du poids du tissu, ayant une densité de fils de 3,5 à 20 fils/cm, un titre des fils d'au moins 210 dtex et des filaments formant le fil avec un diamètre de filament F2, où le deuxième ensemble de fils se développe par rapport au premier ensemble de fils selon un angle de > 0° à 90° et le rapport de la densité des fils du deuxième ensemble de fils à la densité des fils du premier ensemble des fils est > 1, et où le premier et le deuxième ensemble de fils de la première couche de tissu se développent de manière parallèle au premier et au deuxième ensemble de fils de la deuxième couche de tissu, caractérisé en ce que les rapports D/F1 et D/F2 se situent dans l'intervalle allant de 14,5 à 40.
  2. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que D/F1 et D/F2 se situent dans l'intervalle allant de 16 à 35.
  3. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que D/F1 est égal à D/F2.
  4. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du titre des fils du premier ensemble de fils au titre des fils du deuxième ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et du titre des fils du deuxième ensemble de fils au titre des fils du premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu est > 1.
  5. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du titre des fils du premier ensemble de fils au titre des fils du deuxième ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et du titre des fils du deuxième ensemble de fils au titre des fils du premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu est > 4,2.
  6. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du titre des fils du premier ensemble de fils au titre des fils du deuxième ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et du titre des fils du deuxième ensemble de fils au titre des fils du premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu est > 5, 9.
  7. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des deux ensembles des fils de la première couche de tissu et le premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu comprennent 0,5 à 8 fils/cm.
  8. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le liant est choisi parmi un du groupe des thermoplastiques, des élastomères ou des duroplastiques ou d'un mélange d'au moins deux de ce groupe.
  9. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le premier ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et le deuxième ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu consistent en des fibres de haute résistance, qui sont choisies parmi un du groupe de l'aramide, du polyéthylène ou du poly-p-phénylènebenzobisoxazole.
  10. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et le premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu consistent en des fibres, qui sont choisies parmi un du groupe du polyester, du polyéthylène, du polypropylène ou de l'aramide.
  11. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le premier ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et le deuxième ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu consistent en des fibres d'aramide et le deuxième ensemble des fils de la première couche de tissu et le premier ensemble des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu consistent en des fibres de polyester.
  12. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le titre des fils du premier ensemble de fils de la première couche de tissu et du deuxième ensemble de fils de la deuxième couche de tissu se situe dans la gamme allant de 210 à 6720 dtex.
  13. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le titre des fils du deuxième ensemble de fils de la première couche de tissu et du premier ensemble de fils de la deuxième couche de tissu se situe dans la gamme allant de 50 à 280 dtex.
  14. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le premier ensemble de fils de la première couche de tissu et le premier ensemble de fils de la deuxième couche de tissu sont des fils de chaîne et que le deuxième ensemble de fils de la première couche de tissu et le deuxième ensemble de fils de la deuxième couche de tissu sont des fils de trame.
  15. Matériau résistant à la pénétration selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des faces extérieures du matériau est munie d'une couche de protection.
