结合剂在按本发明的防穿透材料的所有层中可以由相同的聚合物或聚合物混合物组成,但是在按本发明的防穿透材料的不同层中结合剂也可以由上述种类的不同聚合物或聚合物混合物组成。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的另一种优选实施形式中第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组由高强度纱线,尤其是高弹性模量的纱线组成,它们由芳族聚酰胺、聚乙烯或聚对亚苯基苯丙异噁唑(Poly-p-phenylenbenzobisoxazole)这些材料族中的一个中选择,其中在芳族聚酰胺中对芳族聚酰胺(p-Aramide)特别优选,特别是聚对苯二酰对苯二胺(Polyparaphenylenterephthalamid)。
原则上第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组可以由具有通常比第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组小的强度的任何一种纱线材料组成,例如由棉、粘胶、亚麻、大麻、聚丙烯腈系纤维或类似材料。第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组优选从聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或芳族聚酰胺这些材料族中的一个组成的纱线中选择。所述纱线最好具有高的强度和高的弹性模量。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的另一种优选实施形式中第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组由芳族聚酰胺纱线组成,第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组由聚酯纱线组成。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的另一种优选实施形式中第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组的纱线纤度为210至6720dtex,优选为420至3360dtex,420-1680dtex和特别是550至1100dtex。840dtex的纱线纤度证明对此是最好的。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的另一种优选实施形式中第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度为50至280dtex,特别优选为80至210dtex。对于第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组140dtex的纱线纤度证明是有利的。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的另一种优选实施形式中第二织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组是经纱,第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组是纬纱。
在按本发明的防穿透材料的一种优选实施形式中材料的至少一个外侧设有一防护层,该防护层如由热塑性塑料、热固性塑料或弹性体或由上述聚合物的一种混合物组成。涂覆防护层是为材料外侧提供过度磨损保护,并改善防弹冲击效果(ballistische Wirkung)。
如上所述,按本发明的防穿透材料由至少一层上述类型的聚合物组成。对于一定的冲击防护/防弹作用必要的层数专业人员可以毫无困难地算出,例如通过射击试验和确定材料的V50值。
按本发明的防穿透材料的制造例如可以通过这样的方法进行,即首先选择已经说明的第一和第二织物层和所述结合剂,这里最好使用薄膜形式的结合剂。然后根据防穿透材料的特殊用途将第一第二织物层以及结合剂薄膜以规定顺序相互叠放。例如对于软质冲击(Softballistik)层按顺序:结合剂薄膜/第一织物层/结合剂薄膜/第二织物层/结合剂薄膜构成和压合。对于硬质冲击例如层按顺序:结合剂薄膜/第一织物层/结合剂薄膜/第二织物层构成,然后根据期望的冲击防护效果将一定数量的所述层相互叠合并压成板。如果通过适当的方法,例如通过隔离纸,确保在进行压制后这些层可以重新分成单层的话,在制造用于软质冲击的层时也可以同时压制上述类型的多个相互叠放的层。在形成层时朝外的结合剂薄膜通常在压制后同时构成位于它下面的织物层的防护层。例如静力压力机适合于用来压制。在静力压力机上压制最好以在80至220℃区域内的温度、5至100bar的压力和在每层15至150秒的时间内进行。此后关掉压力机的加热。
为了确定由许多层相互压合的材料的层厚(硬质冲击(Hartballistik)),首先测量总厚度,求出的值除以层数,由此确定在按本发明的防穿透材料中的一层的厚度D。最后用开头已经定义过的当量单丝直径F求出比例D/F。
本发明具体的实施方式
借助于以下例子对本发明作较详细的说明。
例1:软质冲击(Softballistik)
防穿透材料a)(见表1的a行)按如下所述方法制造:
采用这样的织物作为第一织物层,该织物由具有在表1的a)行中所给出的纱线纤度、纱线密度和纱线直径F的数值的聚对苯二酰对苯二胺经纱(Teijin Twaron公司的Twaron)和具有140dtex纱线纤度及2线/cm纱线密度的聚酯纬纱(Hoechst公司的Trevira品牌)组成。
采用一种织物作为第二织物层,该织物由具有在表1的a)行中所列的纱线纤度、纱线密度和纱线直径F的数值的聚对苯二酰对苯二胺纬纱(Teijin Twaron公司的Twaron)和具有140dtex纱线纤度及4线/cm纱线密度的聚酯经纱(Hoechst公司的TREVIRA品牌)组成。
采用一种被标识为“LDPE扁平薄膜,透明、10μm”的可由EKB塑料公司得到的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜作为结合剂。
23层(每一层按顺序:结合剂薄膜/第一织物层/结合剂薄膜/第二织物层/结合剂薄膜)分别通过分隔纸隔开地相互重叠放置,在一压力机内以120℃的温度、25bar压力压制25分钟。然后关掉压力机的加热。接着将各层相互分开,去除分隔纸,重新将23层叠放,合并成一组。按DIN EN ISO5084在载荷为0.1N/cm2时测量所形成的组(在表1中用a)表示)每一层的厚度。最后用开头已经定义的单丝直径F求出D/F比(见表1中a)行)。此外在表1中给出了组的面重量/单位面积重量。
组a)的防弹防护作用通过按技术规范“德国警察防弹背心”用DAG公司的9×19口径的DM41型子弹确定V50值来描述。其结果汇总在表1的行a)中。
其次材料b)和c)用与材料a)同样的方法制造,但是有以下不同,即采用具有在表1中行b)和c)中所列的纱线纤度、纱线密度和单丝直径数值的聚对苯二酰对苯二胺纬纱。

表1表明,尽管D/F远远位于12.8之上,仍然得到具有很好V50值的材料。此外人们看到,在材料a)-c)的面重量实际上保持不变时随着D/F比的加大V50值甚至也加大。
例2:硬质冲击(Hartballistik)
防穿透材料d)(见表2)按下述方法制造:
采用这种织物作为第一织物层,它由具有在表2中所列的纱线纤度、纱线密度和单位直径F数值的聚对苯二酰对苯二胺经纱(Teiiin Twaron公司的Twaron)和具有140dtex纱线纤度及2线/cm纱线密度的聚酯纬纱(Hoechst公司的Trevira品牌)组成。
采用这样的织物作为第二织物层,它由具有在表2中所列的纱线纤度、纱线密度和单丝直径F数值的聚对苯二酰对苯二胺纬纱(Teijin Twaron公司的Twaron)和具有140dtex纱线纤度及4线/cm纱线密度的聚酯经纱(Hoechs公司的Trevira品牌)组成。
采用标识为“LDPE Nr.251-50”的可由Caplast塑料加工有限公司得到的结合剂薄膜作为结合剂,它作为单侧涂层涂在每个织物层上。
28层(每层按这样的顺序:结合剂涂层/第一织物层/结合剂涂层/第二织物层)相互重叠放置,在一静力压力机中在120℃的温度、30bar的压力下压制40分钟,然后关掉压力机的加热。形成的板d)的厚度按DIN ENISO 5084在0.1N/cm2的载荷下测量,并将测量值除以层数,由此得到板d)一层的厚度D(见表2)。最后用开头已经定义的单位直径F算出D/F比(见表2)。此外在表2中还给出了板d)的面重量。
板d)的抗穿透防护作用按EN 1063 B3级通过确定V50值表述。采用Dynamit Nobel公司生产的.357口径Magnum VMKS(全外壳锥尖)型子弹。其结果汇总在表2中。

Claims (15)
1.防穿透材料包括至少一个厚度为D的材料层,该层包括一第一和一第二织物层,其中第一和第二织物层用结合剂连接,其中第一织物层含有具有3.5至20线/cm纱线密度、至少210dtex纱线纤度和构成纱线的单丝具有单丝直径F1的至少构成织物重量65%的第一纱线组,以及具有0.5至16线/cm纱线密度和至少50dtex纱线纤度的第二纱线组,其中第二纱线组与第一纱线组成一>0°至90°的角度分布,第一纱线组的纱线密度与第二纱线组的纱线密度之比>1;其中第二织物层含有一具有0.5至16线/cm纱线密度及至少50dtex纱线纤度的第一纱线组以及一具有3.5至20线/cm纱线密度、至少210dtex纱线纤度和构成纱线的单丝具有单丝直径F2的构成织物重量至少65%的第二纱线组,其中第二纱线组与第一纱线组成一>0°至90°的角度分布,第二纱线组的纱线密度与第一纱线组的纱线密度之比>1,其中第一织物层的第一和第二纱线组平行于第二织物层的第一和第二纱线组分布,其特征为:D/F1和D/F2为14.5至40。
2.按权利要求1所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:D/F1和D/F2为16至36。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:D/F1=D/F2。
4.按权利要求1至3之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度与第二纱线组的纱线纤度之比,以及第二织物层的第二纱线组的纱线纤度与第一纱线组的纱线纤度之比>1。
5.按权利要求1至4之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度与第二纱线组的纱线纤度之比,以及第二织物层的第二纱线组的纱线纤度与第一纱线组的纱线纤度之比>4.2。
6.按权利要求1至5之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度与第二纱线组的纱线纤度之比,以及第二织物层的第二纱线组的纱线纤度与第一纱线组的纱线纤度之比>5.9。
7.按权利要求1至6之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组中至少一组包括0.5至8线/cm。
8.按权利要求1至7之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:结合剂从热塑性塑料、弹性体或热固性塑料这些材料族中选择一种或从这些材料族中的至少两族的混合物中选择。
9.按权利要求1至8之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组由高强度纱线组成,它们从芳族聚酰胺、聚乙烯或聚对亚苯基苯丙异噁唑(Poly-p-phenylenbenzobisoxazole)这些材料族中选择。
10.按权利要求1至9之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组从由聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或芳族聚酰胺这些材料族之一组成的纱线中选择。
11.按权利要求1至10之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组由芳族聚酰胺纱线组成,第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组由聚酯纱线组成。
12.按权利要求1至11之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度为210至6720dtex。
13.按权利要求1至12之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组的纱线纤度为50至280dtex。
14.按权利要求1至13之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:第一织物层的第一纱线组和第二织物层的第一纱线组是经纱,第一织物层的第二纱线组和第二织物层的第二纱线组是纬纱。
15.按权利要求1至14之一项或几项所述的防穿透材料,其特征为:材料的至少一个外侧设有一防护层。
