Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein in ein Bett verwandelbares Sitzmöbel, dessen Rückenlehne mittels Armen in die Ebene der Sitzfläche schwenkbar ist, wobei die Anne einerends an einem Sitzgestell, anderends an der Rückenlehne angelenkt sind.
Zur Schonung des Möbelstoffes wird bei bekannten Möbeln dieser Art bei der Umwandlung in die Liegestellung ein Drell über die Sitzfläche gelegt, der in der Sitzstellung auf einem hinter dem Möbel angeordneten Selbstroller aufgerollt ist, vgl. z. B. GB-A-1 137 754.
Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine einfachere Art des Auflegens von Drell zu schaffen, was dadurch erreicht wird, daß in der Sitzstellung des Möbels dessen Sitzfläche mit losem Möbelstoff überzogen ist, der an einer Seite mit der vorderen Unterseite des Sitzgestelles und an der anderen Seite mit der Unterseite der Rückenlehne verbunden ist, wobei unterhalb des Möbelstoffes eine sich nur über die Sitzfläche erstreckende doppelte Lage Drell angeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise mit Watte verbunden ist, und am vorderen Ende der Sitzfläche mit dieser verbunden ist.
Durch diese Anordnung erstreckt sich in der Liegestellung der Drell über die gesamte vom Sitz und der Rückenlehne gebildete Liegefläche, wobei bei der Umwandlung des Möbels in die Sitzstellung der Möbelstoff umgedreht wird.
Beim normalen Sitzen auf einem mit einer Rückenlehne versehenen Sitzmöbel werden 85% bis 90% auf den Sitz und nur 10% bis 15% auf die Rückenlehne übertragen. Der Sitz muß demnach viel härter als die Rückenlehne sein. Bei der Umwandlung in ein Bett unter Heranziehung der Rückenlehne, ergibt sich aber dann eine Schlaffläche mit unterschiedlicher Härte. Dies ist selbstverständlich unerwünscht.
Es ist daher ein weiteres Ziel der Erfindung, ein Möbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem trotz unterschiedlicher Härte von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne in der Sitzstellung eine zumindest annähernd gleiche Härte in der Liegestellung vorhanden ist.
Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß unterhalb des Möbelstoffes eine Schicht aus Schaumstoff, Gummihaaren, Kokoshaaren od. dgl. angeordnet ist.
Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Möbel wird durch den verhältnismäßig harten Schaumstoff die Sitzfläche in der Sitzstellung "hart". Beim Verwandeln in die Liegestellung wird jedoch die Schicht von der Sitzfläche abgezogen und auf die dann als Liegefläche dienende Rückenlehne aufgelegt. Dadurch wird die eine Fläche (ursprüngliche Sitzfläche) weicher und die anschließende Rückenfläche härter.
Zweckmäßig sind die Schicht und der Möbelstoff wenigstens an den Enden miteinander vernäht.
Um eine Faltenbildung zu vermeiden ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Schicht mit dem Möbelstoff elastisch mit der Unterseite der Rückenlehne verbunden ist.
Wenn nur der Sitz und die Rückenlehne als Liegefläche benützt werden, ergibt sich nur eine Liegefläche bis 150cm Breite. Der oder die Schläfer liegen dann entlang der Wand, sie sind "Querschläfer".
Um einen Zugang zum Bett von beiden Seiten her zu schaffen, muß die Liegefläche durch mindestens ein weiteres Element vergrößert werden, es wird dann ein sogenannter "Längsschläfer" geschaffen.
Die Erfindung hat es sich weiters zum Ziel gesetzt, einen solchen Längsschläfer auf eine Weise herstellen zu können, bei der die Elemente eines Querschläfers verwendet werden können und das zusätzliche Element einfach anzubringen ist. Erreicht wird dies bei einem Möbel der eingangs genannten Art dadurch, daß an der Rückseite der Rückenlehne ein weiteres Polsterelement angelenkt ist, wobei sich die Anlenkung im unteren Bereich der Rückenlehne befindet und die gepolsterte Fläche in der Sitzstellung des Möbels nach hinten weist.
Bei einem derart ausgebildeten Möbel wird im Zuge der Verschwenkung der Rückenlehne auch das weitere Polsterelement verschwenkt und dadurch eine von der Wand weg weisende ausreichende Liegelänge geschaffen.
Zweckmäßig ist es, wenn an dem weiteren Polsterelement Füße schwenkbar gelagert sind, die es in der Liegestellung am Boden abstützen und über Arme mit der Rückenlehne derart verbunden sind, daß sie beim Herausschwenken des weiteren Polsterelementes in die Stützstellung schwenken.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben ohne auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt zu sein. Dabei zeigen:
  • Fig. 1 die teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Möbels in der Sitzstellung;
  • Fig. 2 dieses Möbel in einer Zwischenstellung mit geöffnetem Bettzeugraum;
  • Fig. 3 das Möbel in der Liegestellung;
  • Fig. 4 in gegenüber den Fig. 1 bis 3 vergrößertem Maßstab die vordere Kante des Sitzgestelles mit der aufgelegten Schicht;
  • Fig. 5 in vergrößertem Maßstab den Bereich Rückenlehne - weiteres Polsterelement.
    • Gemäß den Zeichnungen ist an einem Sitzgestell 1 mit einer Sitzfläche 2 mittels seitlichen Armen 3 eine Rückenlehne 4 schwenkbar gelagert. An der Rückseite der Rückenlehne 4 ist ein weiteres Polsterelement 5 schwenkbar angelenkt, wobei sich die Anlenkung 6 im unteren Bereich der Rückenlehne 4 befindet.
    Am Polsterelement 5 sind Füße 7 schwenkbar gelagert, an deren der Lagerung 8 gegenüberliegenden Ende 9 Arme 10 angreifen, die ihrerseits an der Rückenlehne 4 angelenkt sind.
    Auf der Sitzfläche 2 liegt eine Schicht 11 auf, die an einer Seite mit einem an der vorderen Unterseite des Sitzgestelles 1 angeordneten Querholz 12, an der anderen Seite mit einem Querholz 13 der Rückenlehne 4 verbunden ist. Die Verbindung erfolgt dabei vorteilhaft elastisch, z.B. über Gummischnüre. Es wäre auch möglich, diese elastische Verbindung über eine elastische Schaumstoffschicht zu bewerkstelligen.
    Die Schicht 11 besteht nach Fig. 4 aus einem Schaumstoff 14 und einem darüber liegenden Möbelstoff 15, wobei zwischen dem Schaumstoff 14 und dem Möbelstoff 15 ein Futterstoff 16 angeordnet sein kann. Unterhalb des Schaumstoffes 14 befindet sich nur im Bereich der Sitzfläche 2 eine doppelte Lage 17 Drell, die mit Watte verbunden sein kann. Am Umkehrpunkt 18 der doppelten Lage 17 ist diese mit der Sitzfläche 2 verbunden, insbesondere vernäht.
    Soll das Möbel von der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Sitzstellung in die Liegestellung nach Fig. 3 verbracht werden, wird an einer Handschlaufe 19 des Polsterelementes 5 angezogen, wodurch die Rückenlehne 4 verschwenkt wird. Wie sich aus Fig. 5 ergibt, wird bei einem weiteren Anziehen an der Handschlaufe 19 nach vorne eine an der inneren Seite der Rückenlehne 4 angebrachte federnde Platte 20 bewegt. Dadurch gelangt ein an der Platte 20 angebrachter Gleitnagel 21 außer Eingriff mit einem Anschlagsgleitnagel 22 am Polsterelement 5. Schließlich wird die Zwischenstellung nach Fig. 2 erreicht. Dabei rastet ein am Arm 10 drehbar angeordneter federbelasteter Haken 23 an einem Zapfen 24 ein und der Winkel zwischen der Rückenlehne 4 und dem Polsterelement 5 ist fixiert.
    In dieser Stellung ist auch der Zugang zum Bettzeugraum frei, der sich hinter der Rückenlehne 4 befindet. Es bedarf hiezu keinerlei zusätzlicher Handgriffe, was ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung ist.
    Bei einem weiteren Anziehen an der Handschlaufe 19 nach vorne, schwenken sowohl die Rückenlehne 4 als auch das Polsterelement 5 in die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Liegestellung. Bei dieser Verschwenkung wird die Schicht 11 von der Rückenlehne 4 mitgenommen und in umgekehrter Lage auf diese Rückenlehne gelegt. Dadurch wird die nunmehr als Teil der Liegefläche dienende ursprüngliche Sitzfläche 2 weicher und die den mittleren Teil der Liegefläche bildende Rückenlehne 4 härter.
    Gleichzeitig wird auch die obere Lage des Drells 17 um die Verbindungsstelle 18 verschwenkt und auf den Schaumstoff 14 aufgelegt. Die Füße 7 schwenken um ihre Lagerung 8 und stützen das Polsterelement 5 am Boden ab.
    Für den Zweck der Rückverwandlung von der Liegestellung in die Sitzstellung ist auf dem Haken 23 ein "Pal" (Klinke) 25 schwingbar montiert. Der Zapfen 24 bewegt sich dann gegen den Teil 25, dieser schwenkt gegen den Haken 23 und hebt diesen, sodaß der Zapfen 24 vorbeigleiten kann.
    Die Erfindung schafft die Möglichkeit, dem Verbraucher ein vielfältiges Angebot zur Verfügung zu stellen, weil die einzelnen Elemente verschiedene Varianten ermöglichen. So kann das oben beschriebene Möbel ohne das zusätzliche Polsterelement 5 hergestellt und verwendet werden, ohne daß bei der Herstellung eine wesentliche Umstellung erforderlich ist. Wird zusätzlich ein unter das Sitzgestell 2 schiebbares Rollklappbett verwendet, kann das Anwendungsgebiet eines erfindungsgemäßen Möbels noch erweitert werden. Ohne Rollklappbett ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Bett bodenfrei, eine Eigenschaft, die von den Benützern sehr geschätzt wird.
    Die mögliche Verwendung der einzelnen Elemente in verschiedener Kombination ergibt auch bei der Vermarktung große Vorteile.

    Claims (8)

    1. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel, dessen Rückenlehne (4) mittels Armen (3) in die Ebene der Sitzfläche (2) schwenkbar ist, wobei die Arme (3) einerends an einem Sitzgestell (1), anderends an der Rückenlehne (4) angelenkt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Sitzstellung des Möbels dessen Sitzfläche (2) mit losem Möbelstoff (15) überzogen ist, der an einer Seite mit der vorderen Unterseite des Sitzgestelles (1) und an der anderen Seite mit der Unterseite der Rückenlehne (4) verbunden ist, wobei unterhalb des Möbelstoffes (15) eine sich nur über die Sitzfläche (2) erstreckende doppelte Lage Drell (17) angeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise mit Watte verbunden ist, und am vorderen Ende der Sitzfläche (2) mit dieser verbunden ist.
    2. In ein Bett verwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Möbelstoffes (15) eine Schicht (14) aus Schaumstoff, Gummihaaren, Kokoshaaren od. dgl. angeordnet ist.
    3. In ein Bett verwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (14) und der Möbelstoff (15) wenigstens an den Enden miteinander vernäht sind.
    4. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (14) mit dem Möbelstoff (15) elastisch mit der Unterseite der Rückenlehne (4) verbunden ist.
    5. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite der Rückenlehne (4) ein weiteres Polsterelement (5) angelenkt ist, wobei sich die Anlenkung im unteren Bereich der Rückenlehne (4) befindet und die gepolsterte Fläche in der Sitzstellung des Möbels nach hinten weist.
    6. In ein Bett verwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem weiteren Polsterelement (5) Füße (7) schwenkbar gelagert sind, die es in der Liegestellung am Boden abstützen und über Arme (10) mit der Rückenlehne (4) derart verbunden sind, daß sie beim Herausschwenken des weiteren Polsterelementes (5) in die Stützstellung schwenken.
    7. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der inneren Seite der Rückenlehne (4) eine federnde Platte (20) od. dgl. befestigt ist, an der ein mit einem am weiteren Polsterelement (5) angeordneten Anschlaggleitnagel (22) zusammenwirkender Gleitnagel (21) befestigt ist.
    8. In ein Bett umwandelbares Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einem der Arme (10) ein Haken (23) gelagert ist, der bei der Umwandlung des Möbels mit einem an der Rückenlehne (4) angeordneten Zapfen (24) eingreift.
