Claims (9)
- Einrichtung zum Lackieren von Gegenständen, mit einer ringförmig geführten eine Zirkulationspumpe (16) aufweisenden Farbleitung (8), die einen Farbvorratsoder -zirkulationsbehälter (10) mit einer Arbeitsstelle (2) verbindet und einen zu der Arbeitsstelle (2) hinführenden Vorlauf (20) und einen von der Arbeitsstelle (2) zum Farbvorrats- oder - zirkulationsbehälter (10) zurückführenden Rücklauf (22)aufweist, wobei zwischen Vorlauf und Rücklauf eine Vorrichtung (18) zur Herstellung einer Druckdifferenz vorgesehen ist und wobei an der Arbeitsstelle (2) mehrere Entnahmestellen (4, 6) über Stichleitungen (24, 26) zwischen Vorlauf (20) und Rücklauf (22) vorgesehen sind, so dass die Stichleitungen (24, 26) vorzugsweise weitestgehend totraumfrei auch während längerer Betriebspausen von Farbe durchströmbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbleitung (8) zumindest in demjenigen Leitungsabschnitt, in dem die mehreren Entnahmestellen (4, 6) vorgesehen sind, einen konstanten Leitungsquerschnitt aufweist und dass die Entnahmestellen (4, 6) jeweils eine Druckregeleinrichtung (32) aufweisen, mit der die über die Entnahmestelle (4, 6) abfallende Druckdifferenz individuell einstellbar ist, so dass eine erwünschte Strömungsgeschwindigkeit durch die Stichleitungen (24, 26) realisierbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (18) zur Herstellung einer Druckdifferenz zwischen Vorlauf (20) und Rücklauf (22) in einem von der Farbleitung (8) abzweigenden und wieder zu dieser zurückführenden Leitungsabschnitt (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leitungsabschnitt (40) mittels einer molchbaren 3/2 -Wege-Verzweigungsvorrichtung (42) an die Farbleitung (8) angefügt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die molchbare 3/2 -Wege Verzweigungsvorrichtung (42) von einem Kugelhahn (44) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Handentnahmestelle (4) über die Druckregeleinrichtung (32) eine Druckdifferenz von 4 - 8 bar, insbesondere von 5 - 7 bar einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer maschinellen Entnahmestelle (6) über die Druckregeleinrichtung (32) eine Druckdifferenz von 6 - 10 bar, insbesondere von 8 - 10 bar einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine jeweilige Druckregeleinrichtung (32) einen Rücklaufregler (34) umfasst, der bezüglich der Entnahmestelle (4, 6) abstromseitig oder rücklaufseitig angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bezüglich der Entnahmestelle vorlaufseitig eine Druckmessvorrichtung (38) in der zugehörigen Stichleitung (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Farbleitung (8) vorlaufseitig und rücklaufseitig von der Arbeitsstelle und von den Entnahmestellen eine Schleuseneinrichtung (48, 50) vorgesehen ist zum Einschleusen und Ausschleusen eines dem Leitungsinnendurchmesser entsprechend ausgebildeten Verdrängerkörpers zum Reinigen der Farbleitung (8).
