Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour traire les animaux, lequel dispositif (1) est pourvu d'au moins deux robots de traite (3), permettant chacun de raccorder automatiquement au moins un gobelet trayeur à un trayon d'un animal, et chaque robot de traite (3) étant pourvu d'une unité de traite sous vide (14) pour produire un vide de traite pour traire un animal, ledit dispositif (1) étant pourvu d'un tuyau annulaire commun (11) et d'un système central sous vide contrôlable (4, 6, 8, 9, 10) pour produire un vide avec une première pression sur le tuyau annulaire commun (11), caractérisé en ce que chaque unité de traite sous vide (14) est raccordée au tuyau annulaire (14) via un passage, des moyens de commande étant prévus pour contrôler la taille du passage, dans lequel le système central sous vide (4, 6, 8, 9, 10) est pourvu d'une cuve tampon commune (4), une cuve tampon individuelle (5) étant disposée entre chacun des moyens de commande et le tuyau annulaire (11), le dispositif étant pourvu d'un dispositif d'étape de processus de traite pour déterminer l'étape du processus de traite dans un robot de traite (3), et dans lequel le système central sous vide contrôlable (4, 6, 8, 9, 10) peut être commandé à l'aide de données provenant du dispositif d'étape de processus de traite.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système central sous vide (4, 6, 8, 9, 10) est pourvu d'au moins une pompe à vide contrôlée en fréquence (9).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur de pression (6) est disposé dans la cuve tampon de traite (4).
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque unité de traite sous vide (14) est pourvue d'un capteur de pression (12).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chacun des moyens de commande peut être commandé par le capteur de pression (6, 12) pour produire dans l'unité de traite sous vide (14) correspondante un vide ayant une pression plus élevée que la première pression.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la première pression est comprise entre -55 kPa et -50 kPa, et en ce que la seconde pression est comprise entre -50 kPa et -40 kPa.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est pourvu de clapets de commande (7), et d'un dispositif de positionnement de clapet pour déterminer la position des clapets de commande (7), et en ce que le système central sous-vide contrôlable (4, 6, 8, 9, 10) peut être commandé à l'aide des données provenant du dispositif de positionnement de clapet.
