Definitions
- the invention relates to a clock with a clock drive for a clockwork and a date switch, by means of which one advance per day a day switching element of a date display can be triggered.
- the object of the invention is therefore a clock of the type mentioned to create an at least largely jumping forwarding of the day switching element.
- This object is achieved in that the day switching element Can be indexed in the direction of advance by a date drive is driven by a spring drive via a gear train.
- the date switch now takes place at the time of the date change only one trigger of the advance of the day switching element the date display during the actual advance done by a date drive from a spring drive. So that complete advance of the day switching element regardless of that Clock drive in a few seconds, so that for the observer Clock there are no doubts about the actual date.
- the spring drive can be arranged in a barrel in a simple manner Have coil spring, the inner end at one around his Longitudinal rotating spring core and its outer end on the barrel is attached.
- the spring drive is the spring drive of the clock drive is.
- the Spring drive is a spring drive separate from the spring drive of the clock drive his.
- Elevator lock on the spring core rotatably arranged and coaxial a date lock arranged to the elevator lock, the part of the gear train and is locked in one direction of rotation from the elevator lock wheel portable and in the other direction of rotation compared to Elevator lock wheel is freely rotatable, so with a compact design Elevator lock a tensioning of the coil spring and over the date lock an advancement of the date drive and day switching element achieved.
- the day switching element can be a switching gear shaft in a simple construction be who carries a ratchet wheel that is part of the gear train. Through the Ratchet shaft can drive any kind of drive of a day data display become.
- the ratchet shaft can simply protrude radially Have stop, in its orbit a counterstop Is movable once a day from the date switch from orbit the stop is movable. For months with less than thirty-one Days will be added at the end of the month Movements of the counter attack into the orbit of the attack through the date switch.
- the protruding stop on a cam disk is preferably formed with a helical outer contour. This prevents that after moving the counterstop out of orbit of the stop and a slight twisting of the ratchet shaft the counter stop can fall back into its blocking position. A new block is only after a full rotation of the ratchet shaft and thus possible to advance by one day.
- a simple way is to release the rotary movement of the ratchet shaft possible through the date switch if the counter stop on a locking lever pivotable about a pivot axis is arranged, the counter stop from the orbit from the date switch the stop is pivotally movable.
- the counterstop be pivotally movable from the orbit of the stop.
- the date switch can be used once a day Release lever can be pivoted about a pivot axis into a release position be drivable by the locking lever in the release position with his Counterstop movable out of orbit and the rotary motion the ratchet wheel is lockable.
- a pinwheel be rotatably drivable, one at a distance has its axis of rotation protruding trigger stop and that the release lever has a release counter-stop, which is in the release position is movable into the orbit of the release stop.
- the trigger stop is axially on the pin wheel in a simple manner protruding pin.
- Coaxial with the ratchet is a larger diameter gear connected, through which the pin wheel of smaller diameter rotatable is drivable takes place after the movement of the counter-stop on the Orbit of the stop only a slight twisting of the ratchet shaft, before striking the trigger counter-stop on the trigger stop he follows.
- the date drive remains in this spring-loaded position then until the trigger counter-stop the trigger stop releases.
- the pinwheel In order to hit the components hard together when the date advances To avoid the clock, the pinwheel can counter rotation resistance be rotatably drivable.
- the date switch mechanism can have a monthly graduated disc attached to their circumferential periphery increases and cuts for the months has, with the increases and cuts from one to one Swiveling axis can be scanned once a day are.
- a shift pawl can be used on the date lever for daily advancement be arranged through which a date wheel rotatable about an axis of rotation is advanced, preferably the date wheel on its rotating Periphery has thirty-one sawtooth-shaped teeth, in the Tooth gaps the pawl can be engaged.
- the release lever on the date wheel can be used for daily advancement be pivotable once a day. For months with less than Thirty-one days at the end of the month there are corresponding additional ones Swiveling of the release lever by the date wheel.
- a trigger wheel can be rotatably fixed coaxially in a space-saving manner be connected to the date wheel and on its peripheral periphery have thirty-one teeth, in the tooth gaps a lever arm of the Trigger lever can be engaged.
- the lever arm can carry a pallet to reduce wear and engage with the pallet in the tooth gaps of the release wheel.
- An additional pawl can be pivoted on the date lever, the free end of which is firmly connected to the date wheel spiral eccentric curve resiliently in contact. This leads to when sensing an increase in the monthly graduated disc, the date lever by the toothed ratchet by one tooth pitch. When scanning an incision, this leads to a larger swivel path of the date lever and, depending on the length of the month, first to twist the date wheel by the additional pawl by one, two or three tooth pitches and then to turn the date wheel by the Pawl by another tooth pitch. Every time the date wheel is turned a tooth division leads to a pivoting process of the release lever and an indexing of the date drive.
- One tooth of the date wheel can be compared to the other teeth of the date wheel be a radially elongated tooth that goes in once a month
- Monthly idler gear coaxially connected to the monthly graduated disc intervenes and advances this by a tooth pitch. This is done in easier A monthly advance of the monthly step wheel.
- the month step disc has twenty cuts and twenty increases a forty-eight month leap year and the idler gear forty-eight teeth, so one becomes simple Date advance with automatic month length correction reached.
- a monthly display can also be displayed in a simple manner if a monthly wheel of a monthly display can be rotated by the intermediate month wheel is drivable.
- the date lever of one cam one with one revolution per day be rotatably driven cam wheel pivotable.
- the date lever can be used to correct the display of the date can be pivotally driven by a manually operated correction device his.
