Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of footwear sport. It relates in particular to a shoe of sport whose stem includes two elements assembled by a collage and a mechanical way or by a collage and a seam.
- French Patent FR 1 511 824 discloses a method of manufacturing ski boots in which two flaps arranged on the top of the upper partially overlap each other and have loops and turnbuckles respectively.
- the manufacturing method consists in that the upper of the boot is hollowed out, in that the loops and the tensioners are respectively fixed on each of the flaps and in that the flaps which are preferably made of elastic plastic material are attached to the flaps. edges of the upper, for example by sewing.
- French patent FR 2,750,833 discloses a sports boot comprising a sole from which a foot covering the stem extends.
- the stem is composed of two parts.
- the first part is made of a relatively rigid material constituting a cradle forming a rear envelope for housing the heel of the user and forming a body with the sole in the heel area.
- the second part of the rod is made of a relatively soft material constituting a covering layer of the forefoot of the user intended to be fixedly attached with the front part of the sole on the one hand and with the edges of the back envelope.
- the patent describes, as means of connection between the slap and the sole, rivets, a bonding, welding or sewing.
- these methods have disadvantages. Indeed, bonding assemblies are relatively resistant to mechanical stresses.
- Riveted assemblies are not waterproof and not aesthetic. Solder joints and seam joints can not be applied to all materials. Seam joints are neither aesthetic nor waterproof.
- the object of the invention is to provide a shoe of sport with an assembly overcoming these disadvantages.
- the invention proposes to make a shoe with two elements linked by a resistant, waterproof and aesthetic.
- the assembly must also allow to bind materials of different natures.

- the shell 4, preferably made of polyurethane, is a cradle for comfort slipper 7.
- This shell 4 comprises a sole 11 having a rear sidewalk 14 and a front sidewalk 15.
- the sole 11 is provided in a known manner, with a heel plate 12 and a front plate 13 both made of hard rubber.
- Headlines 5 is provided with two loops 8 and 9 and the shell 4 of a loop 10 comprising a strap 16 Z-shaped.
- upper hull area extending from the instep toes consists of two flaps 1 and 2 made of a flexible material such as leather.
- flaps 1 and 2 partially overlap.
- the flap 2 presents, on its outer face, a first bead 29 extending continuously along flap 2 in following approximately the contour of the edge of the flap 2, and a second bead 28 remote from the bead 29 but arranged so as to be covered by the flap 1 when the shoe 20 is closed.
- the seal is ensured by the deformations of the beads 28, 29 and flaps 1, 2 making it possible to achieve between these elements of the continuous contact curves when the Loop 10 is tight.
- Flaps 1 and 2 are covered in the front part of the shoe 20 a hood 3 contributing to the seal. The part before flap 1 is partially covered by the hood 3 and the front part of flap 2 is completely covered by the hood 3.
- Flaps 1 and 2 are fixed on the shell 4 by rivets 31, 32. The tightness of the assembly is ensured by a gluing flaps 1 and 2 on the shell 4.
- FIG. 2 The section according to plan A-A of the front part of a ski boot made according to a first mode of realization is shown in Figure 2.
- the comfort slipper is not represented.
- flap 2 For to make such a shoe, we have the edge of flap 2 with a lip 42 on a shoulder 46 practiced on the outside of the hull. flap 2 on the shell 4 with rivets 32.
- the rivets 32 are set up from outside the shoe, the lip 42 of the flap 2 being raised to allow the passage of the rivets 32 and the head of a riveting tool.
- the lip 42 is then folded on the assembly and its end is glued on a shoulder 44 made on the outside of the shell 4.
- the flap 1 is then assembled on the shell 4.
- the edge of the flap 1 is provided with a lip 41 on a shoulder 45 made on the outside of the hull 4.
- the rivets 31 are put in place from the outside of the shoe, the lip 41 of the flap 1 being raised to allow the passage of rivets 31 and the head of a riveting tool.
- the lip 41 is then folded over the assembly and its end is glued on a shoulder 43 made on the outside of the shell 4 so as to cover rivets 31. This gives a assembly which offers a good mechanical resistance, which is waterproof and which is aesthetic.
- the section according to plan A-A of the front part of a ski boot made according to a variant of the first embodiment is shown in the figure 3.
- the comfort slipper is not not represented.
- one has the edge of the flap 2 provided with a lip 52 on a shoulder 56 formed on the inside of the shell 4.
- the flap 2 is assembled on the shell 4 by means of rivets 32.
- the rivets 32 have been in place since the outside of the shoe, the lip 52 of the flap 2 being raised to allow the passage of rivets 32 and the head of a riveting tool.
- Lip 52 is then folded over the assembly and its end is stuck on a shoulder 54 made on the outside of the hull 4.
- the flap is then assembled 1 on the shell 4.
- FIG. 4 The section according to plan A-A of the front part of a ski boot made according to a second mode of realization is shown in Figure 4.
- the comfort slipper is not represented.
- the flap 2 is unfolded and allows the passage of the rivets 32 and the passing the head of a riveting tool.
- the flap 2 is at the same time glued on the part 62 of the hull 4, glue having been previously arranged on the part 62 of the hull 4 and on the flap area 2 intended to come into contact with this part 62.
- the flap 2 is then folded back on itself so as to hide the rivets 32. Then perform the assembly of the flap 1 on the shell 4.
- the flaps 1, 2 can be glued on themselves so to prevent them from unfolding.
- FIG. 5 A section of the shoe according to a third mode of realization is shown in Figure 5. This mode of realization differs from the first in that the lips 48, 49 are constituted by flexible parts of the shell 4 covering the assembly and coming sticking on the flaps 1, 2.

Abstract
