Claims (9)
- Procédé de conditionnement de bivalves (1) aquatiques, en particulier marins tels que des huítres ou des coques, consistant à appliquer par thermorétraction une enveloppe sur chaque bivalve,
caractérisé en ce qu'on entoure les bivalves (1) par un film (2) semi-souple thermorétractable, d'une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 50 microns, on scelle le film (2) dans les zones (4) d'adjacence de deux bivalves (1) et on applique un chauffage à une température comprise entre 60 et 90°C pendant une durée de 3 à 10 secondes. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le film -(2), thermorétractable est en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que la température de chauffage est de l'ordre de 80°C pendant une durée d'environ 8 secondes. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose le film (2) thermorétractable en deux feuilles de part et d'autre d'une couche de bivalves (1), on soude les deux feuilles l'une à l'autre le long des lignes (4) séparant deux bivalves (1) adjacents et le long des bords libres des feuilles et on chauffe le film (2) à la température de thermorétraction. - Procédé selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que les deux feuilles sont formées par repliage d'un flan. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose les bivalves (1) dans un tube façonné dans le film (2) thermorétractable, on soude le tube entre deux bivalves (1) adjacents et on chauffe le film (2) à la température de thermorétraction. - Procédé selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que le tube est constitué par un flan replié soudé le long d'un bord de recouvrement. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines des zones (4) de scellement du film (2) sont agencées pour constituer des amorces de rupture. - Ensemble de bivalves aquatiques conditionnés,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu par le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
