Abstract
Description
Solche Copolyester lassen sich entweder durch teilweisen Austausch der Säurekomponente und/oder durch teilweisen Austausch der Diol Komponente herstellen, wie beispielsweise in Büttner "Basisch modifizierte Polyesterfasern" in "Die Angewandte Makromolekulare Chemie" 40/41, 1974, Seiten 57-70 (Nr. 593) oder G.G. Kulkarni, Colourage, 21. August 1986, Seiten 30 bis 33 beschrieben. Die entsprechenden Literaturbeschreibungen werden hiermit als Referenz eingeführt und gelten als Teil der Offenbarung.
Die Herstellung entsprechender Vliesstoffe kann nach üblichen, dem Fachmann bekannten Verfahren erfolgen, wie sie beispielsweise in Dr. Helmut Jörder "Textilien auf Vliesbasis (Nonwovens)", avr-Fachbuch, P. Kepler Verlag KG, Heusenstamm 1977, Seiten 13 bis 20 beschrieben sind. Die Herstellung entsprechender Spinnvliesstoffe kann bevorzugt nach Verfahren erfolgen, wie sie in der
EP 0 814 188 beschrieben sind. Die entsprechenden Beschreibungen werden hiermit als Referenz eingeführt und gelten als Teil der Offenbarung.
Hierzu wird der Vliesstoff bevorzugt im Strang oder bahnförmig, vorzugsweise im feuchten Zustand, bewegt.
Vorzugsweise erfolgt die thermische Behandlung mit Hilfe von Dampf, besonders bevorzugt mit Hilfe von übersättigtem Wasserdampf.
Die jeweils optimale Temperatur des Dampfes sowie die Verweildauer des Vliesstoffs im Dampf können variieren, beispielsweise in Abhängigkeit von der Zusammensetzung des Vliesstoffes, und vom Fachmann durch Vorversuche ermittelt werden.
Die Verweildauer des Vliesstoffes im Dampf beträgt vorzugsweise 10 Minuten bis 90 Minuten, besonders bevorzugt 25 bis 75 Minuten und ganz besonders bevorzugt 30 bis 60 Minuten.
Sie eignen sich somit aufgrund der sehr schönen Optik und der als angenehm empfundenen weichen Beschaffenheit dieses Materials insbesondere zur Herstellung von hochwertigen Produkten, wie z.B. Bekleidung, Schuhkomponenten, Heimtextilien, Bezugsstoffen, Fahnen, Futterstoffen, vorzugsweise solchen für Gepäckstücke, Produkten für den medizinischen oder hygienischen Bereich sowie zur Herstellung einer Ausstattung von Transportmitteln, vorzugsweise einer Innenausstattung von Transportmitteln. Unter Transportmitteln im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind insbesondere auch Kraftfahrzeuge, Schienenfahrzeuge, Wasserfahrzeuge und Flugzeuge zu verstehen.
Die Wäsche wurde bei 20 °C begonnen, anschließend wurde mit 2 °C pro Minute auf 115 °C aufgeheizt und 30 Minuten bei dieser Temperatur behandelt. Anschließend wurde mit -1,5 °C pro Minute auf 70 °C abgekühlt und mit kaltem Wasser gespült. Die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Vliesstoffs während des gesamten Prozesses betrug 100 m/Minute.
Die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Vliesstoffs betrug während des gesamten Färbeprozesses 100 Meter/Minute.
Die Einstufung bezieht sich demnach auf die Beurteilung der behandelten Warenprobe im Vergleich zu der unbehandelten Warenprobe. Dabei wurde die Note 1 als beste Beurteilung (sehr angenehm und sehr weich) Und Note 6 schlechteste Beurteilung (keine Verbesserung) vergeben.

Claims (24)
- Verfahren zur Verbesserung von Weichheit und/oder Fall von Vliesstoffen aus ungesplitteten und/oder zumindest teilweise gesplitteten Mikrofasern und/oder Mikrofilamenten synthetischer Polymere enthaltend wenigstens eine Polyesterkomponente und wenigstens eine Polyamidkomponente und gegebenenfalls wenigstens eine Polyurethankomponente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff einer oder mehreren physikalischen Behandlungen unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff als flächenförmiges Gebilde, vorzugsweise als fortlaufende Bahn, eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die physikalische Behandlung durch mechanische Behandlung des Vliesstoffs erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff im Strang oder bahnförmig, vorzugsweise im Strang, bewegt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff im feuchten Zustand bewegt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Behandlung während des Färbens des Vliesstoffes durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Behandlung in der Strang-Färbemaschine, vorzugsweise in der Jet-Färbemaschine erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff gleichzeitig auch thermisch behandelt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Behandlung mit Hilfe von Dampf, vorzugsweise übersättigtem Wasserdampf erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur des Dampfes nicht mehr als 130 °C, vorzugsweise nicht mehr als 120 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verweildauer des Vliesstoffes im Dampf 10 Minuten bis 90 Minuten, vorzugsweise 25 bis 75 Minuten, besonders bevorzugt 30 bis 60 Minuten beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung im Tumbler (Strangtrockner) erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die thermische Behandlung durch Wäsche, vorzugsweise in Wasser erfolgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Temperatur 40 bis 130 °C, vorzugsweise 60 bis 95 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dauer der Wäsche 20 Minuten bis 90 Minuten, vorzugsweise 25 bis 75 Minuten, besonders bevorzugt 30 bis 60 Minuten beträgt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behandlung im Strangwäscher erfolgt.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Bekleidung.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Heimtextilien.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Bezugsstoffen.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Futterstoffen, vorzugsweise Futterstoffen für Gepäckstücke.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Schuhkomponenten.
- Verwendung eines nach einem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 behandelten Vliesstoffes zur Herstellung von Fahnen.
