Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for improving Softness and / or fall of nonwoven fabrics from unsplit and / or at least partially split microfibers and / or microfilaments synthetic Polymers containing at least one polyester component and at least a polyamide component and optionally at least one Polyurethane component, according to which the nonwoven fabric one or more is subjected to physical treatments.
Textile materials made of synthetic polymers, such as polyamide, Polyester or polyurethane, which by the classic method of Fabric weave of warp and weft or made by stitching have been due to their diverse excellent properties experience a wide spread in various areas of application, such as for example the clothing or automotive industry.
Nonwovens made by solidifying microfibers and / or microfilaments of these materials, in particular of unsplit or at least partially split microfibers and / or microfilaments can be made produce themselves very inexpensively, but are for a number of Applications are only suitable to a limited extent.
One of the reasons for this is in that such nonwovens usually insufficient softness and an unsatisfactory case exhibit. In addition to an unsightly appearance, this also means that the Touching these nonwovens is felt as uncomfortable and therefore in particular, their comfort is reduced. Therefore, they are appropriate nonwovens for a number of applications, such as the manufacture of clothing or home textiles, unusable or at least severely limits their uses.

In the following the invention is explained with the aid of examples. This Explanations are only examples and limit the general Invention not one.
gesamten Prozesses betrug 100 m/Minute.A web-shaped spunbonded nonwoven with a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 consolidated by means of water jet technology, consisting of partially split microfilaments of 70% by weight polyethylene terephthalate and 30% by weight polyamide 6 with a titer of 0.10-0.15 dtex was treated in the form of the untreated raw material in a strand process with 2 ml / l of the running aid Sevosoftal® UFB (textile color, Sevelen, Switzerland) at a liquor ratio of 1:30.
The washing was started at 20 ° C., then the mixture was heated to 115 ° C. per minute and treated at this temperature for 30 minutes. The mixture was then cooled to 70 ° C. at -1.5 ° C. per minute and rinsed with cold water. The circulation speed of the nonwoven fabric during the entire process was 100 m / minute.
Finally drying on a belt dryer (type Santashrink, Santex AG, Tobel, Switzerland) during 40 seconds at one Temperature of 130 ° C carried out with low stress.
To rule out the improvement in nonwoven properties the influence of the belt dryer are part of the untreated raw material used according to example 1a) only via a conventional foulard with water with a liquor absorption of 90% by weight, based on the basis weight of the nonwoven used, wetted and this nonwoven is then analogous to the strand-treated nonwoven according to Example 1a dried.
A web-shaped spunbonded nonwoven with a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 consolidated by means of water jet technology, consisting of partially split microfilaments of 70% by weight polyethylene terephthalate and 30% by weight polyamide 6 with a titer of 0.10-0.15 dtex was treated in the form of the untreated raw material for 40 minutes at a temperature of 130 ° C. under a steam atmosphere in a strand tumbler (type T150S, Thies GmbH & Co. KG) at a circulation speed of 80 meters / minute. The nonwoven fabric treated in this way was then cooled down to 80 ° C. in the course of 20 minutes without further steam supply and was moved out of the machine.
A web-shaped spunbonded nonwoven with a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 consolidated by means of water jet technology, consisting of partially split microfilaments of 70% by weight polyethylene terephthalate and 30% by weight polyamide 6 with a titer of 0.10-0.15 dtex was dyed in a dyeing machine (type Soft TRD, Thies GmbH & Co. Vliesstoffes, des Dispersionsfarbstoffes Foron® Blau RD-GLF (Clariant,
Sevosoftal® UFB (Textilcolor, Sevelen, Schweiz), 2 ml/l 60 Gew.-%iger
konzentriertem Hydrosulfit (BASF AG, Ludwigshafen, Deutschland) während 20
For this purpose, 0.7% by weight, based on the weight per unit area of the nonwoven used, of the disperse dye Foron® Blue RD-GLF (Clariant, Frankfurt, Germany) in the presence of 1.5 ml / l of the leveling agent Eganal® PS (Clariant, Frankfurt, Germany) and 2 ml / l of the running aid Sevosoftal® UFB (Textilcolor, Sevelen, Switzerland), 2 ml / l 60% by weight acetic acid and 2 g / l sodium acetate at pH 4.5 and a liquor ratio of 1: 30 used. The dyeing of the nonwoven fabric was started at 20 ° C., then the mixture was heated to 130 ° C. at 2 ° C./minute and dyed at this temperature for 30 minutes. It was then cooled to 1.5 ° C./minute to 70 ° C., rinsed with cold water and, at a liquor ratio of 1:30, a reductive cleaning with 6 ml / l of 32% strength by weight sodium hydroxide solution and 2 g / l was concentrated Hydrosulfite (BASF AG, Ludwigshafen, Germany) carried out at 85 ° C. for 20 minutes. The nonwoven fabric treated and dyed in this way was then rinsed with cold water and neutralized with 1 ml / l of 60% by weight acetic acid.
The speed of circulation of the nonwoven was 100 meters / minute during the entire dyeing process.
Finally drying on a belt dryer (type Santashrink, Santex AG, Tobel, Switzerland) during 40 seconds at one Temperature of 130 ° C carried out with low stress.
Zur Bestimmung der Weichheit wurden Materialproben von 20 Testpersonen
