Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Ablegung von dünnen Platten mit
einer Transporteinrichtung (2), die dazu ausgelegt ist, die Platten einzeln zu einer Ablageebene (3) zu transportieren und auf der Ablageebene (3) abzulegen und dabei zumindest paarweise aufeinander zu legen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Ansaugeinrichtung (5), die ausgelegt ist zum Ansaugen der unteren der aufeinandergelegten Platten und der auf dieser abgelegten Platte durch die untere Platte hindurch. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einer Transportbahn (1), vorzugsweise Transportriemenbahn oder Transportrollenbahn, zum Transportieren der Platten zu der Ablageebene (3).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Transporteinrichtung (2) ein Rollenpaar ist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, die Platten durch einen zwischen den Rollen begrenzten Spalt hindurch zu der Ablageebene (3) zu transportieren und dort abzulegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche mit einer Rollenbahn (3) in der Ablageebene.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche mit einer Wendeoder Kühleinrichtung (4) mit zyklisch umlaufenden Fächern, die dazu ausgelegt ist, die Fächer nacheinander in den Bereich der Ablageebene (3) zu transportieren, so dass die Platten aufeinander in den Fächern abgelegt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die dazu ausgelegt ist, mindestens zwei und höchstens drei Platten aufeinander zu legen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, die ausgelegt ist für aus einer Plattenproduktionspresse angelieferte Holzwerkstoffplatten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Ansaugeinrichtung (5) dazu ausgelegt ist, die Platten in der Nähe ihrer in Bezug zu der Richtung des Transports zu der Ablageebene (3) hinteren Kante anzusaugen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Ansaugeinrichtung (5) im Bereich der hinteren Kante der Platten zumindest zwei in der Richtung der Kante nebeneinander angeordnete Saugöffnungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, zumindest Anspruch 5, bei der eine Drehachse für den zyklischen Umlauf der Fächer der Wende- oder Kühleinrichtung (4) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Richtung des Transports der Platten zu der Ablageebene (3) liegt.
- Verfahren zum Ablegen von dünnen Platten mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und den Schritten:Transportieren der Platten zu der Ablageebene (3),Ablegen der Platten auf der Ablageebene (3) zumindest paarweise aufeinanderund Ansaugen der unteren und der daraufliegenden der aufeinanderliegenden Platten, wobei die auf der unteren Platte liegende Platte durch die untere Platte hindurch angesaugt und somit gehalten wird.
