Claims (11)

- Unité d'emballage primaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les compartiments (4) sont disposés de façon telle, que le décalage entre les formes d'administration (1) corresponde à la moitié de la distance (S) entre les points médians de deux formes d'administration(1) voisines d'une rangée (I, II) et en ce que toutes les formes d'administration (1) voisines sont disposées à une même distance (S) les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Unité d'emballage primaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les formes d'administration (1) sont disposées de façon telle que la distance entre les bords de deux formes d'administration (1) voisines soit comprise entre 3 mm et 50 mm, de préférence entre 6 mm et 20 mm.
- Unité d'emballage primaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie de zones de couche supérieure associées aux compartiments (4, 8) qui ne sont pas reliées à la couche inférieure (2) et qui, dans la zone de la couche supérieure (3) détournée des compartiments (4, 8), sont séparées et font office de languettes à déchirer (6, 9) et en ce que les languettes à déchirer (6, 9) sont adjacentes à des lignes destinées à la déchirure (7, 10) qui sont disposées dans la couche supérieure (3) scellée des zones entourant les compartiments (4, 8).

- Unité d'emballage primaire selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est munie de zones de la couche supérieure (12) qui sont associées aux compartiments (13), qui ne sont pas reliées à la couche inférieure (11) et qui sont séparées dans la zone de la couche supérieure (12) détournée des compartiments (13) et font office de languettes à déchirer (16) et en ce que ces languettes à déchirer (16) sont adjacentes à des lignes destinées à la déchirure (17) qui sont disposées dans la couche supérieure (12) scellée des zones entourant les compartiments (13).

- Unité d'emballage primaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche inférieure et/ou la couche supérieure sont en polyéthylène (PE), en téréphtalate de polyéthylène (PET), en polypropylène (PP), en copolymère d'acétate de vinyle-éthylène (EVA) en papier, en aluminium ou en composites de ces matériaux.
- Unité d'emballage primaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la couche supérieure (3, 12) et/ou la couche inférieure (2, 11) sont conçues de manière transparente.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une unité d'emballage primaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 ou 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une forme de produit pharmaceutique en forme de bande (20) est amené à une bande du matériau de la couche inférieure (2, 11) et en ce que des formes d'administration (1) notamment circulaires sont découpées à la matrice ou découpées à partir de la forme de produit pharmaceutique en forme de bande (20), en correspondance avec le modèle d'emballage prédéfini et en ce que le matériau résiduel est séparé, en ce qu'ensuite une bande du matériau de la couche supérieure (3, 12) est amenée pour recouvrir les formes d'administration (1) et scellée dans des zones prédéfinies avec le matériau de la première bande (2, 11), en ce qu'ensuite la bande supérieure (3, 12) est estampée et prédécoupée pour créer des languettes à déchirer (6, 9, 16) et des lignes destinées à la déchirure (7, 10, 17) et en ce qu'ensuite l'unité d'emballage poussée en avant est séparée de la suivante.
