Fermeture de garantie pour un récipient à liquides et/ou à produits pulvérulents ou en vrac (20) suivant une des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps de fermeture (1) porte un capuchon de fermeture (3) correspondant, sur la face intérieure duquel une collerette (22) est formée, qui est destinée à recevoir le bord supérieur de la tubulure verseuse (2) ayant pivoté vers le haut et que le capuchon de fermeture (3) peut être rapporté sur le corps de fermeture (1) au moyen d'une fermeture à détente ou être vissé, au moyen d'un taraudage, sur le corps de fermeture, muni d'un filetage extérieur.
  6. Fermeture de garantie pour un récipient à liquides et/ou à produits pulvérulents ou en vrac (20) suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de fermeture (1) est muni d'un taraudage (15), au moyen duquel il peut être vissé sur le filetage extérieur (16) d'un col de bouteille (17).
  7. Fermeture de garantie pour un récipient à liquides et/ou à produits pulvérulents ou en vrac (20) suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement supérieur (13) du corps de fermeture (1) présente un évidemment (23), à l'intérieur duquel la tubulure verseuse (2) est entourée hermétiquement par le pontet (5) en film souple faisant charnière.
