Definitions
- the invention relates to an insulating glazing with holding system, which is preferably intended for a glass facade, with at least two glass panes, with at least one outer surface a glass pane the facade outside and at least an outer surface of a glass pane the facade inside forms, wherein the glass sheets on at least one Spacers are connected and at least one Form cavity between the glass panes, being a supporting structure provided with holders for the insulating glazing is.
- VSG Vinyl s afety g las
- PVB polyvinylbutyl
- the inventor has set itself the task of insulating glazing, preferably for glass facades, in such a way that in compliance with all safety-related requirements visually disturbing frames and fixtures be avoided as far as possible.
- an insulating glazing with holding system which is preferably intended for a glass facade is, with at least two panes of glass, at least an outer surface of a glass pane the facade outside and at least one outer surface of a glass sheet the façade inside forms, the glass panes over at least one spacer are connected and at least form a cavity between the glass panes, wherein a supporting structure with holders for the insulating glazing is intended to improve so that the Mounts exclusively and directly to the at least a, the façade inside forming glass attack, and additionally provided at least one support element which is exclusively on the insulating glazing connected to the supporting structure, which at least the at least one arranged on the facade outside Glass pane supported.
- the support elements meet the task according to the required regulations to derive the weight of each individual disc, in case of failure of the central Scheibenverklebung on the building.
- This is achieved in that the support element at least partially surrounds the glass panes, whereby a positive connection of the glass pane, which form the facade inside and the glass pane which forms the facade outside, is created.
- a positive connection in which parts contours interlock is on Dubbel: "Paperback for Mechanical Engineering” 15th edition; See chapter Component Connections on page 388.
- the support elements can be selected in their dimensions Be that on the exterior facade and façade interior barely visible. The previously visually very disturbing Frame systems are thereby bypassed and created the impression of an all-glass façade.
- An elongate connecting element is understood by the inventor Elements like a wire, a string or a lockable clip element made of metal and / or plastic, the insulating glazing in the area of a corner in one circulating closed track. Such a closed track can be realized by a wire whose ends are twisted become.
- This elongated connecting element creates a mechanical connection between the facade outside and the facade inside glass pane and thus the legally required mechanical connection of all Glass panes with the building. A pure bonding poses no lawful connection.
- the at least one elongate connecting element at least partially in at least one groove runs.
- the groove prevents the elongated connecting element can slip.
- the groove acts in the Case of failure of the central bonding and under Force by the elongated connecting element, as a predetermined breaking point of the glass.
- Such a groove can especially easy on the glass surface, which is the facade outer surface, and / or on the glass surface, the facade inner surface forms, be ground. But the groove can also on the edge of the insulating glass one-sided or two-sided be attached.
- a variant of the holding system may be that the Supporting elements consist of at least 2-legged angles, whose leg length is only over part of the edge length the insulating glass extends. These angles will be attached to the insulating glazing for example by a Safety wire that surrounds the insulating glazing on the edge.
- the support elements are due to their load-bearing Function mainly made of metal. Metals show due to their heat conduction properties already above described undesirable effect of thermal bridging. For this reason, a limitation of the leg length of the Support elements useful. The resulting gaps between two adjacent insulating glazings can be cost-effective, For example, with a transparent silicone, sealed become.
- the support elements transfer in case of a Failure of the adhesive joint, the weight of the outside of the facade Glass panes to the supporting structure and thus to the building.
- the inventor also proposes that the width of the angles adapted to the edge of the insulating glazing, that both the outside of the facade forming glass as also the facade inside forming glass pane by the Supporting element is supported, wherein the angle is not wider is considered the edge width of the insulating glazing. hereby are optically disturbing surfaces on the facade outside and the façade inside barely visible.
- the inventor has recognized that the support elements designed so that should not be out of the gaps adjacent insulating glazing can fall out. Out For this reason, the inventor proposes along the leg length the support elements constrictions to install. These Constrictions that intervene on the edge of the insulating glazing, act as a mechanical locking of the support elements. In addition, in these constrictions the edge on the circumference of the insulating glazing surrounding safety wire are inserted, thus the support element the insulating glazing attached.
- the support elements each leg have at least one retaining element.
- This Holding element can by simply punching or folding a leg part surface at the leg end or at the leg intersection will be realized. So own insulating glazings often in the edge area an elastic bond between the adjacent glass panes. In the bonding The retaining elements can be easily pressed.
- a particularly safe method the support elements on the insulating glazing to attach, is a screw connection of the support elements with the spacers of the insulating glazing.
- connection surfaces can open the façade outside of the glazing, preferably only on the facade outside of the insulating glazing, be arranged.
- the connection surfaces can as Triangles or quarter-circular areas between the Legs of the support elements are welded. Should by, for example, a wind suction the glass pane of the facade outside away from the bond with the spacer solve, it prevents the glass pane as can fall down whole piece.
- the connecting surfaces cause a splinter break of the glass. this function is required by a legal requirement. So far These so-called emergency mounts were mostly as full-page running around the frame. In the invention Execution form the connecting surfaces in the corners the required emergency brackets. Because these connection surfaces not full-page the insulating glazing revolve are this hardly noticeable visually.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that in the glass pane, which is arranged to the facade inside is, at least one opening is attached. These Opening can be a hole, the one to the facade inside towards decreasing cross section, for Example, a conically narrowing hole.
- the composite structure The glass also allows a layer for layer step-shaped cross-sectional constriction of the opening.
- the opening which can be realized very easily, acts as a connection point of the holder with the insulating glazing.
- the inventor also proposes that in this connection point a resiliently connected to the bracket Bolt element engages. Since laminated safety glasses, before everything in the range of edges, are very susceptible to breakage, is this elastic storage makes sense.
- the elastic storage can be realized by a rubber sealing element, the between the contact surface of the opening and the engaging Bolt element is arranged. But also an elastic Storage in the form of a vibration damper between a Mounting of the insulating glazing and the supporting structure is conceivable.
- the inventor in the inventive Insulating glazing proposed with holding system To use double glazing, two or more Have cavities.
