Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Gegenständen (44) mittels Verpackungshüllen (29), insbesondere -hauben, aus Kunststoff-Folie oder ähnlichem Material, mit einer Überzieheinrichtung (23), die Halteelemente (27) zum Offenhalten einer Öffnung (35) der Hülle (29) und eine Reffeinrichtung (28) für die Hülle aufweist, wobei die Überzieheinrichtung (23) die Hülle (29) in einer Überziehlage von oben nach unten über die Gegenstände (44) zieht, wobei die Überzieheinrichtung (23) in eine Refflage bewegbar ist, in der die Halteelemente (27) die unterhalb der Überzieheinrichtung (23) hängende Hülle (29) an ihrem oberen, eine Hüllenöffnung bildenden Öffnungsrand (35) greifen und die Reffeinrichtung (28) von unten nach oben reffend ausgerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Überzieheinrichtung (23) derart schwenkbar angeordnet ist, dass sie zwischen der Überziehlage und der Refflage schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (11) in der Refflage unter der Überzieheinrichtung (23) einen das im wesentlichen freie Aushängen der Hülle (29) zulassenden Freiraum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Hauben-Stretcheinrichtung ausgebildet ist und die Haltelemente (27) mittels eines Stretchantriebes (24, 26) zum Stretchen der gerefften Hülle (29) auseinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Trennschweißeinrichtung (37) zur Herstellung einer Haube aus einem Folienschlauchstück vorgesehen ist, die unterhalb der Überzieheinrichtung (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überzieheinrichtung (23) einen vorzugsweise um ca. 180° schwenkbaren Schwenkrahmen (21) aufweist, an dem die Haltelemente (27) mit ihrem ggf. vorgesehenen Stretchantrieb (24, 26) und die Reffeinrichtungen (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkrahmen (21), vorzugsweise um eine Mittelachse (22), schwenkbar an einem gabelartigen Träger (20) gelagert ist, der an einer Tragsäule (16) höhenverfahrbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reffeinrichtung (28) je Halteelement (27) einen Reffantrieb (31) mit Reffrollen (30) aufweist, die vorzugsweise die Folienwandung der Hülle (29) an die Halteelemente (27) andrücken und in gereffter bzw. gefältelter Form in einen Reffbereich (39) fördern, wobei insbesondere die Reffantriebe abhebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reffeinrichtung einen alle Reffantriebe synchronisierenden elektrischen Synchronantrieb aufweist, der vorzugsweise einen Frequenzumformer beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reffeinrichtung (28) eine Ausreffsteuerung aufweist, die beim Überziehen die gerefften Höhenabschnitte (40) synchron gesteuert ausrefft bzw. gebremst freigibt.
