Claims (14)
- Therapie- und Trainingsgerät (20) für das Schultergelenk mit einem Rumpfträger (21), der an einer Schwenkgelenkbasis (22) zwei jeweils einer Schulter zugeordnete, mittels einer Schwenkgelenkeinrichtung schwenkbar angelenkte Schulterausleger (67, 64) aufweist, die jeweils beabstandet zur Schwenkgelenkbasis einen Armausleger (32) zur Verbindung mit einem Arm aufweisen, der um eine Querachse (31) schwenkbar über eine Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (30, 40) mit dem Schulterausleger verbunden ist, wobei die Armausleger (32) derart bewegungsgekoppelt sind, dass eine Schwenkbewegung des einen Armauslegers eine Schwenkbewegung des anderen Armauslegers bewirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkgelenkeinrichtung als Schulterschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (29, 65) ausgebildet ist, derart, dass die Schulterausleger (27, 64) um eine Hochachse (28) der Schulterschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (29, 65) schwenkbar und derart bewegungsgekoppelt sind, dass eine Schwenkbewegung des einen Schulterauslegers eine Schwenkbewegung des anderen Schulterauslegers bewirkt. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkgelenkbasis (22) eine Positionierungseinrichtung (44) zur Relativpositionierung gegenüber der Wirbelsäule eines Patienten zugeordnet ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Positionierungseinrichtung eine längs des Rumpfträgers (21) höhenverstellbar an der Schwenkgelenkbasis (22) angeordnete Genickaufnahme (44) aufweist. - Thcrapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armausleger (22) einen Oberarmausleger (33) und einen Unterarmausleger (35) umfasst, wobei der Oberarmausleger über die Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (30) mit dem Schulterausleger (27) verbunden ist, und der Unterarmausleger über eine zumindest eine Schwenkachse (36, 37) umfassende Ellbogengelenkeinrichtung (34) mit dem Oberarmausleger verbunden ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ellbogengelenkeinrichtung (34) zwei Schwenkachsen (36, 37) aufweist, wobei eine Hochachse (36) quer zur Längserstreckung des Oberarmauslegers (33) und eine Querachse (37) in Richtung der Längserstreckung des Oberarmauslegers verläuft. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verbindung des Armauslegers (32) mit einem Arm eine am Unterarmausleger (35) angeordnete Verbindungseinrichtung (45) vorgesehen ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Unterarmausleger mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zur Auslösung einer auf die Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung wirkenden Sperreinrichtung versehen ist, wobei eine Betätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung dadurch erfolgt, dass der zugeordnete Unterarm aus seiner Verbindung mit dem Unterarmausleger gelöst wird. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberarmausleger (33) in seiner wirksamen Länge zwischen der Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (30) und der Ellbogengelenkeinrichtung (34) veränderbar ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bewegungskopplung zumindest die Schulterschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (29) und die Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (30) einer Körperseite mit jeweils der Schulterschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (65) und der Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtung (40) der anderen Körperseite mittels einer Kopplungseinrichtung (50, 59) derart gekoppelt sind, dass eine Gelenkbewegung auf einer Körperseite eine definierte Gelenkbewegung der entsprechenden Gelenkeinrichtung auf der anderen Körperseite bewirkt. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungseinrichtung (59) zur Bewegungskopplung der Schulterschwenkgelenkeinrichtungen (29, 65) als Radgetriebe (61, 62) ausgebildet ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungseinrichtung (50) zur Bewegungskopplung der Oberarmschwenkgelenkeinrichtungen (30, 40) als Zug- oder Druckmittelgetriebe (52, 53) ausgebildet ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzgestell (23) ausklappbar am Rumpfträger (21) angeordnet ist.
