Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Verkaufs- und/oder Vorratspackung für Knopfzellen, insbesondere Zink/Luftzellen, mit einer auf einem Träger angeordneten Halterung für mehrere Knopfzellen.
Der wachsende Verbrauch von Zink/Luftzellen in Knopfzellenform, insbesondere für Hörgeräte, macht zwangsläufig auch die Verpackung dieses Massenartikels zu einem wichtigen Faktor. Sie muss einerseits wirtschaftlich sein, andererseits auch ein ansprechendes Aussehen aufweisen, um das Kaufinteresse zu fördern.
In Anlehnung an die Tablettenverpackungen der Pharma-Industrie wurden für gasdichte Knopfzellen des wiederaufladbaren Ni/Cd-Systems oder der Primärsysteme Ag2O/Zn und HgO/Zn Verpackungen eingeführt, die beispielsweise aus zwei ineinandergefügten Plastikschalen bestanden. Von denen war die eine Schale zur Aufnahme der Zellen in kreisförmig angeordnete Fächer aufgeteilt und konnte gegen die andere Schale gedreht werden derart, dass die Aufnahmefächer der Reihe nach mit einem Ausgabeausmaß in der anderen Schale zur Deckung gebracht wurden. Und so konnte die jeweilige Zelle entnommen werden.
Bei Zink/Luftzellen stellt sich jedoch das besondere Problem, dass deren im Kathodenbecher befindliche Lufteinlassöffnungen bis zum Zeitpunkt der Ingebrauchnahme vor Luftzutritt und Feuchtigkeit geschützt werden müssen. Das heißt, die Zellen müssen in der Verpackung auch lagerfähig sein.
Ein entsprechendes Verpackungselement ist zum Beispiel die im Dokument DE 3630926 A1 beschriebene Durchdrückpackung. Zwischen einer reißfesten, luftdichten und transparenten Kunststofffolie mit napfförmigen Ausprägungen und einer auf diese Kunststofffolie aufgesiegelten Aluminiumfolie sind die Zellen darin im Ganzen vor der Umgebungsluft geschützt.
Das Dokument US-PS 4,015,708 offenbart als Verpackungselement für Zink/Luftzellen eine Faltschachtel. Diese enthält einen Träger aus Karton mit kreisförmigen Aussparungen zur Aufnahme der Knopfzellen, die mit ihrem Boden auf einer unterseitigen Folienabdeckung des Trägers aufgeklebt sind.
Eine weitere Ausgestaltung einer Verkaufsverpackung für Zink/Luftzellen ist dem Dokument DE 4128248 A1 zu entnehmen. Das Dokument zeigt eine Verkaufs- und Vorratspackung für Zink/Luftzellen mit einem Träger, auf welchem die Zellen mit ihrem Boden, der mit Lufteintrittsöffnungen versehen ist, aufgeklebt sind. Dabei ist auf dem Träger eine Abdeckung aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff mit Ausnehmungen befestigt, welche der Zellenform im wesentlichen angepasst und napfförmig sind. Die Zellen sind zum Gebrauch durch den Träger hindurchdrückbar. Auf dem Träger ist eine weitere Folie befestigt, die sich in die Bereiche des Trägers erstreckt, durch welche die Zellen durchdrückbar sind. Die weitere Folie ist zumindest in den Bereichen mit einer Klebeschicht versehen ist, an der die Zellen mit ihrem Boden haften, die jedoch nach dem Durchdrücken und Abziehen der Zellen am Träger verbleibt.
In dem Dokument DE 10162492 A1 ist eine Zink/Luftzellen-Verpackung beschrieben, bei der eine Drehkulisse zwischen einem Trägerkarton und einem Deckkarton, die miteinander verklebt sind, drehbar angeordnet ist. Dabei besitzen der Deckkarton eine Öffnung für die Drehkulisse und der Trägerkarton eine verschließbare Lasche, durch welche einzelne Zellen aus der Drehkulisse entnehmbar sind.
Der Träger der Halterung für die Zink/Luftzellen ist im Allgemeinen mit der Bezeichnung des Herstellers oder des Verkäufers der Zellen, das heißt bei Hörgeräten mit derjenigen des Hörgeräteakustikers, versehen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine vielfältig für verschiedene Verkäufer benutzbare Verkaufs- und Vorratspackung für Knopfzellen zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei der eingangs genannten Verkaufs- oder Vorratspackung für Knopfzellen durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der Wortlaut des Anspruchs wird durch ausdrückliche Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht. Erfindungsgemäß ist zumindest die Bezeichnung des Verkäufers auf dem Träger in Form eines aufgeklebten, bedruckten transparenten Etiketts angeordnet ist. Als Knopfzellen werden hier besonders vorteilhaft Zink/Luftzellen angesehen. Die Verpackung kann entweder als Verkaufspackung oder als Vorratspackung dienen. Sie kann auch beides zugleich sein.
Im Folgenden ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung anhand der schematisch anzusehenden Figuren näher erläutert.
Figur 1 zeigt dabei die Vorderseite einer möglichen erfindungsgemäßen Verkaufs- oder Vorratspackung mit einem Träger 1. Figur 2 zeigt die Rückseite der gleichen Verpackung. Auf der Rückseite gemäß Figur 2 sind insbesondere die üblichen Gebrauchs- und Sicherheitshinweise angebracht. Die Vorderseite des Trägers 1 trägt eine Drehkulisse 2 als Halterung für mehrere Knopfzellen 3, die durch die Lasche 4 auf der Rückseite der Verpackung herausgenommen werden können. Erfindungsgemäß ist auf die Vorderseite des Trägers 1 ein bedrucktes transparentes Etikett 5 aufgeklebt, welches die Firmenbezeichnung und gegebenenfalls die Anschrift des Herstellers oder des Verkäufers der Zellen enthält.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung eines transparenten bedruckten Etiketts 5 ist es möglich, eine individuell bedruckte Verkaufs- oder Vorratsverpackung für den einzelnen Hörgeräteakustiker herzustellen. Es müssen lediglich neutrale Verkaufs- und Vorratspackungen von Knopfzellen hergestellt werden, und erst nach der Einzelbestellung eines Hörgeräteakustikers werden die Verpackungen durch das Aufkleben des erfindungsgemäßen Etiketts mit individueller Beschriftung personifiziert. Bei jeder Einzelbestellung kann eine spezifische Beschriftung in Form eines besonderen Layouts oder Textes vorgegeben werden, das computergesteuert an eine Etikettendruck- und Spendemaschine übertragen wird. Die neutralen Verkaufs- und Vorratsverpackungen werden in diesem Gerät mit dem bedruckten transparenten Etikett versehen und sind optisch praktisch nicht von einer Kartonbedruckung zu unterscheiden.

Claims (1)

  1. Verkaufs- und/oder Vorratspackung für Knopfzellen (3) mit einer auf einem Träger (1) angeordneten Halterung (2) für mehrere Knopfzellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Bezeichnung des Verkäufers auf dem Träger (1) in Form eines auf den Träger aufgeklebten bedruckten transparenten Etiketts (5) angeordnet ist.
