Claims (7)
- Cartouche dotée d'une douille (2) à charge propulsive combustible et d'un dispositif d'allumage électrothermique (4),
la douille (2) de charge propulsive étant reliée à un fond de douille (3) réalisé en métal et sur le côté avant duquel une lèvre d'étanchéité (3') est fixée,
un isolant (15) qui repose en correspondance géométrique sur le côté intérieur (8) du fond de douille (3) et qui s'enfonce dans une découpe (6) qui traverse la pièce de fond (7) du fond de douille (3) étant disposé du côté intérieur du fond de douille (3),
l'isolant (15) étant configuré en forme d'anneau dans la zone de la découpe (6) et s'appuyant par son côté extérieur contre la paroi intérieure (16) de la découpe (6) en entourant une pièce de contact électrique (5) qui s'enfonce dans la découpe (6) de la pièce de fond (7) également depuis le côté intérieur (8) du fond de douille (3) et qui est reliée à un disque de contact (9) qui repose en correspondance géométrique sur l'isolant (15),
la pièce de contact électrique (5) pouvant être mise en contact électrique par le côté extérieur du fond de douille (3) avec une électrode (22) à haute tension,
caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes:a) l'isolant (15) est configuré dans la forme du fond de douille,b) la pièce de contact électrique (5) est reliée d'un seul tenant au disque de contact (9) etc) la lèvre d'étanchéité (3') du fond de douille (3) et l'isolant (15) sont reliés l'un à l'autre d'un seul tenant et sont réalisés en un matériau vulcanisé. - Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de contact (9) s'étend sur tout le côté intérieur (8) de la pièce de fond (7) du fond de douille (3).
- Cartouche selon les revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que le disque de contact (9) présente sur son bord extérieur une lèvre d'étanchéité (10). - Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le contact électrique (5) présente une découpe (24) dans laquelle l'électrode (22) à haute tension peut être insérée.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la découpe (6) ménagée dans la pièce de fond (7) du fond de douille (3) et la partie annulaire (15') de l'isolant (15) sont sélectionnées de telle sorte que lorsque la pièce de contact électrique (5) est mise en contact par l'électrode (22) à haute tension, la partie annulaire (15') peut être mise en contact avec une isolation (21) qui entoure l'électrode (22) à haute tension.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que tant l'extrémité extérieure (25) de la pièce de contact (5) que l'extrémité extérieure (26) de la partie annulaire (15') de l'isolant (15) se raccordent à chant avec la surface extérieure (27) de la pièce de fond (7) ou sont disposées dans la découpe (6) en léger retrait par rapport à la surface extérieure de la pièce de fond (7).
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la découpe (6) de la pièce de fond (7) traverse cette dernière en son milieu.
