Claims (19)
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssytem für gelenkig miteinander verbundene und über ein gemeinsames Fahrwerk abgestützte Gliederteile eines mehrteiligen Schienenfahrzeuges, aufweisend eine Gelenkverbindung zur Verbindung der Gliederteile sowie eine Verbindung der Gliederteile mit dem Fahrwerk und eine Übergangseinrichtung mit einem umlaufenden Wellen-/Faltenbalg, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungssystem aus einem Gelenk (3) zur Verbindung der Gliederteile miteinander und aus mindestens einem Längslenker (4) zur Verbindung der Gliederteile mit dem Fahrwerk besteht, dass das Übergangssystem im wesentlichen aus einem Doppelwellen-/Faltenbalg, bestehend aus einem äußeren und einem inneren Wellenbalg (1 und 2), gebildet ist, derart, dass die beiden Wellenbälge (1 und 2) zwei zueinander angeordnete, ringsum geschlossene Röhren bilden und so beabstandet sind, dass zwischen ihnen ein geschlossener Raum (9) gebildet ist und dass das Gelenk (3) zwischen dem Bodenbereich des inneren Wellenbalges (2) und dem Bodenbereich des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) geschützt angeordnet ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (3) als Gabel-Lasche-Konstruktion ausgebildet ist, wobei an einem Gliederteil eine Gabelwange (3a) und am anderen zugeordneten Gliederteil eine Kupplungslasche (3b) befestigt sind, die im gekuppelten Zustand mittels eines Gelenkbolzens miteinander wirkungsverbunden sind.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Längslenker (4) langer Bauart mit einer Länge > 400 mm eingesetzt sind.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der/die Längslenker (4) unmittelbar unter dem Gelenk (3) und in einer Vertikalebene mit dem Gelenk (3) liegend angeordnet ist/sind.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der/die Längslenker (4) außerhalb des Wellenbalges (1) angeordnet ist/sind.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach einem oder mehreren der Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außerhalb des Doppelwellen-/Faltenbalges zu beiden Seiten des Gelenks (3) und der/des Längslenker/s (4) je ein Queranschlag (5) am Gliederteil angeordnet ist, der mit je einem am Fahrwerkrahmen (10) angeordneten Querpuffer (6) in Wirkungsverbindung steht.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitte des Queranschlages (5) gleich der Mitte der Luftfederhöhe ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Balgseitenwände des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) im Bereich der vertikalen Längsebene der Fahrzeugseitenwände liegen und der untere Abschnitt des Wellenbalges (1) zur Fahrzeugmitte hin eingezogen und muldenförmig nach unten ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Seitenwände des inneren Wellenbalges (2) sich zum unteren Abschnitt verjüngen und der Bodenbereich des Wellenbalges (2) zwischen einer einschiebbaren Trittplatte (7) und oberhalb des Gelenks (3) horizontal verläuft.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (3) zwischen dem Bodenbereich des inneren Wellenbalges (2) und dem muldenförmigen Bodenbereich des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) geschützt angeordnet ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Wellenbalg (2) über ein oder mehrere Spannschlösser (8) mit den Stirnseiten der Gliederteile verbunden ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innere Wellenbalg (2) über einen an den Stirnseiten der Gliederteile angeordneten Spannrahmen mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum (9) zur geschützten Unterbringung von Signalund Versorgungsleitungen ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (9) zur geschützten Unterbringung von Dämpfern ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem oberen Abschnitt des inneren Wellenbalges (2) und dem oberen Abschnitt des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) ein Wankdämpfer (15) angeordnet ist, der zwischen den beabstandeten Gliederteilen angeordnet und befestigt ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Dachbereich außerhalb des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) ein Nickdämpfer (16) angeordnet ist, der zwischen den beabstandeten Gliederteilen angeordnet und befestigt ist.
- Verbindungs-und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten der Gliederteile in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung in Höhe der Luftfedern (12) außerhalb des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) je ein Gierdämpfer (13) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen den beabstandeten Gliederteilen angeordnet und befestigt ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung in Nähe des Gierdämpfers (13) außerhalb des äußeren Wellenbalges (1) je ein Schlingerdämpfer (14) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen dem Gliederteil und dem Fahrwerk angoerdnet und befestigt ist.
- Verbindungs- und Übergangssytem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein niedrigfluriger Fußboden mit einer Fußbodenhöhe von ca. 800 mm ausführbar ist.
