Description
Der jeweils am Zylinder einzusetzende biegsame obere Aufzug ist dabei ein- oder mehrlagig ausgebildet.
In einer weiteren Ausbildung ist es vorteilhaft, dass der untere Aufzug zum oberen Aufzug in axialer Richtung bewegbar ist. Damit ist ein exaktes Einrichten ausgewählten Unterlageform zum oberen Aufzug realisierbar.
Das wechselnde Einrichten des unteren Aufzuges ist beispielsweise von einem Rechner unterstützt steuerbar.
Durch das Einrichten des unteren Aufzuges mit variablen Unterlageformen ist die Aufzugsstärke (Pressung) und/oder die Abwicklungslänge (des Druckbildes) des oberen Aufzuges auf dem Zylinder veränderbar. Damit sind ebenso Passerdifferenzen, beispielsweise im Mehrfarbendruck bzw. bei Spotlackierungen, vermeidbar bzw. korrigierbar.

Claims (10)
- Zylinder mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für einen biegsamen, oberen Aufzug in einer Verarbeitungsmaschine, mit einer innerhalb des Zylinderumfangs angeordneten Fixiereinrichtung zum gesonderten Befestigen eines unteren Aufzuges zwischen dem Zylinderumfang und dem auf dem Zylinder angeordneten oberen Aufzug,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Aufzug (12) aus einem biegsamen Trägermaterial (18) besteht auf dem in Abständen mehrere Unterlageformen (13, 14, 15) angeordnet sind,
dass die Fixiereinrichtung (20) antreibbar ist und der im endseitigen Fixierbereich (16, 17) in der Fixiereinrichtung (20) aufgenommene untere Aufzug (12) auf dem Zylinderumfang bewegbar ist und jeweils zumindest eine Unterlageform (13, 14, 15) zum oberen Aufzug (11) positionierbar ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (20) aus zwei innerhalb des Zylinders (1, 2) achsparallel angeordneten, drehbar gelagerten Spannwellen (21, 22) gebildet ist und dass eine der Spannwellen (21, 22) als Vorratsrolle und die andere der Spannwellen (21, 22) als Aufwickelrolle ausgebildet ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Spannwellen (21, 22) innerhalb des Zylinders (1, 2) in einer achsparallel angeordneten Kassette angeordnet ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Spannwellen (21, 22) mit einem rotativen Antrieb gekoppelt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1 und 2 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Spannwellen (21, 22) axial bewegbar gelagert ist und mit einem in Achsrichtung wirkenden Antrieb gekoppelt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die als Vorratsrolle ausgebildete Spannwelle (21) mit einer Vorspannung beaufschlagbar ist und die als Aufwickelrolle ausgebildete Spannwelle (22) mit dem Antrieb gekoppelt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb mit einer Einrichtung zum Erfassen der Position der jeweiligen Spannwelle (21, 22) gekoppelt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung zum Erfassen der Position mit einer Steuerung der Verarbeitungsmaschine gekoppelt ist. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlageformen (13, 14, 15) hinsichtlich der Dicke und/oder des Formats und/oder des Sujets und/oder des Materials unterschiedlich sind. - Zylinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Trägermaterial (18) und den Unterlageformen (13-15) eine Dämpfungsschicht anordenbar ist, die haftfest mit dem Trägermaterial (18) sowie den Unterlageformen (13-15) zu einem unteren Aufzug (12) verbunden ist.
