Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum schwebenden Verpacken eines Produktes oder mehrerer Produkte in einer warmverformten Schale, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine autonome Untereinheit mit einem in ihrer Mitte offenen Tragrahmen (5)
    hergestellt wird, der eine abziehbare Folie (6) aufnimmt, wobei es durch die Folie möglich wird, ein Produkt oder mehrere Produkte (1) in Schwebung zu versetzen, sowie ein Deckel (3), der sich auf dem Tragrahmen befindet, und durch seine Innenseite eine punktuelle Abstützung auf dem Produkt oder den Produkten, die auf der Folie zentriert sind, gewährleistet,
    und dass die Untereinheit auf einem warmverformten Behälter positioniert ist, die an ihrer Oberseite eine Art Deckel- bzw. Schutzfolienanbringung erhält, um sie abzudichten.
  2. Verfahren zum schwebenden verpacken eines Produktes oder mehrerer Produkte in einem Behälter aus einer warmverformten Schale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die folgenden Phasen durchgeführt werden:
    - man verwendet einen warmverformten Tragrahmen (5), der in seiner Mitte (5.a) offen ist, um eine abziehbare Kunststofffolie (6) zu positionieren, wobei sich die Folie auf dem oberen Umfangsrand (5.a) des Rahmens abstütze, und an diesem befestige wird,
    - man positioniert den Tragrahmen auf einer Matrize (8), die eine gewisse Tiefe besitzt, so dass sich die Folie nach unten verformen kann, indem sie unter Vakuum gesetzt wird,
    - man setzt die Folie unter Vakuum, so dass sie sich durch ziehen nach unten verformt,
    - man positioniert das zu verpackende Produkt oder die zu verpackenden Produkte (1) auf der abziehbaren Folie (6) und übt mittels eines Elementes (9), das mit dem Produkt oder mit den Produkten in Berührung kommt, eine vertikale Stütz- und Druckwirkung aus,
    - man lässt das unter Vakuum setzen ganz oder teilweise weg, so dass die abziehbare Folie teilweise wieder aufsteigen kann, wobei sie das Produkt oder die Produkte gleichzeitig weiterhin abstützt und eine Druckwirkung ausübt, so dass ein teilweises Zurückziehen der abziehbaren Folie möglich ist, damit der größte Teil des Produktes oder der Produkte von der Folie abgedeckt wird,
    - man lässt die vertikale Druckkraft weg, so dass die abziehbare Folie und das Produkt oder die Produkte wieder aufsteigen können und zusätzlich abgedeckt werden, wobei das Produkt oder die Produkte in Schwebung versetzt werden,
    - man positioniert den Deckel (3) auf dem Tragrahmen, indem auf die obere Ebene des Produktes oder der Produkte einen Druck ausgeübt wird,
    - man befördert den Tragrahmen mit der Folie und dem Produkt oder den Produkten, die die untereinheit darstellen, zu einem Behälter, der eine warmverformte Verpackungsschale bildet, und bringt an der Oberseite des Behälters einen Deckel bzw. eine Schutzfolie an.
  3. Verpackung für Produkte, die auf einer abziehbaren Folie in Schwebung versetzt werden, wobei die Folie mit dem Umfangsrand des Behälters in Form einer Verpackungsschale verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Behälter in Form einer warmverformten Schale (2) mit einem flachen und horizontalen Bund am Innenumfang (2.a) besitzt, so dass eine autonome Untereinheit mit einem profilierten Tragrahmen (5), der in seiner Mitte offen ist (5.c) in ihrem Innerem positioniert werden kann, auf dem eine abziehbare und zurückziehbare Folie (6) positioniert wird, die an dem Tragrahmen befestigt ist, und mittels derer mindestens ein Produkt (1) in Schwebung versetzt werden kann, wobei die abziehbare und zurückziehbare Folie das Produkt oder die Produkte über seinen oder ihren breitesten Bereich umgibt, wobei die Untereinheit einen Deckel (3) besitzt, der an ihrer Unterseite angeordnet ist und eine Füllung (3.b) aufnimmt, die auf der Oberseite des Produktes oder der Produkte (1) aufliegt.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Behälter in Form von Schalen (2 - 4) besitzt, die derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie sich an die abgestuften Auflagezonen anpassen und je nach der Zerbrechlichkeit der in ihr enthaltenen Produkte ineinander positionieren, und dass der untere Behälter die Untereinheit für das in Schwebung versetzen des Produktes oder der Produkte aufnimmt.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite des Behälters oder der Behälter eine Schutzfolie (10 - 11) und eine Abdichtfolie aufnimmt, und dass sich die Oberseite des Deckels in einer Ebene unterhalb der oberen Ebene der Behälter befindet.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gemäß dem Verfahren der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abziehbare Folie (6) aus Polyurethan, Polyäthylen oder einem ähnlichen Material besteht.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gemäß dem verfahren der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch ihre Anwendung bei der Verpackung von medizinischen Prothesen.
