Abstract
Description
Diese zeigt:
- Fig. 1
- den Aufzug in einer Druckmaschine,
Ist allerdings der Gegendruckzylinder an seiner Oberfläche in spezieller Weise behandelt, um beispielsweise beim beidseitigen Bedrucken von Druckbögen das Abschmieren von Druckfarbe auf dem Gegendruckzylinder zu verhindern, dann kann eine Verklebung nicht mehr erfolgen, weil entweder der Klebstoff an der Spezialoberfläche nicht haftet oder aber die Spezialoberfläche durch den Klebstoff ihre farbabweisenden Eigenschaften verliert.
Wenn nun der Wunsch besteht in einer solchen Druckmaschine auch Inlinestanzungen oder andere Inlineverarbeitungen wie Perforieren durchzuführen, wird dafür beispielsweise das letzte Druckwerk oder ein folgendes Lackmodul in der weiter oben beschriebenen Weise für das Stanzen umgerüstet. Hierbei ist dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass die spezielle Oberfläche der Gegendruckzylinder besonders gut geschützt wird. Vorteilhafterweise zeigt sich aber, dass die erfindungsgemäße Schutzfolie 6 sehr gut auf den genannten Spezialoberflächen haftet. Die Gefahr der Beschädigung einer Widerdruckplatte oder der Beschichtung des Gegendruckzylinders wird sicher vermieden.
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen, Rillen, Prägen oder Perforieren von Papierwerkstoffen u. dgl. in einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine, mit wenigstens einem Zylinder, auf dessen Umfang wenigstens ein Bearbeitungswerkzeug angeordnet ist, wobei das Bearbeitungswerkzeug eine dem diesem Zylinder gegenüberliegend zugeordneten Gegendruckzylinder verlaufende Arbeitsfläche aufweist, und mit wenigstens einer auf dem Gegendruckzylinder angeordneten Schutzfolie
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie (6) magnetisch haftend ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
Spannelemente zur Halterung der Enden der Schutzfolie (6) am Gegendruckzylinder (5). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie (6) direkt auf der Oberfläche des Gegendruckzylinders (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie (6) auf einer die Oberfläche des Gegendruckzylinders (5) bildenden farbabweisenden Bespannung angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie eine Dicke von 0,2 mm bis 1 mm, vorzugsweise aber 0,3 mm bis 0,5 mm hat. - Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach den vorherigen Ansprüchen in einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine für Schön- und Widerdruck, wobei das letzte Druckwerk oder ein an die Druckwerke sich anschließendes Lackmodul für die Inlinestanzung beidseitig bedruckter Druckbögen ausgerüstet ist und die Schutzfolie (6) auf dem Gegendruckzylinder (5) der entsprechenden für das Stanzen ausgerüsteten Verarbeitungseinheit angebracht ist.
