Claims (11)
- Ensemble (1), pour le conditionnement d'un produit, notamment sous forme d'une crème ou d'un gel, comprenant :a) un pot souple (2) contenant le produit, le pot comportant une première extrémité fermée par un fond (5) et une seconde extrémité, opposée à la première, formant un col (6) délimitant une ouverture (10) ;b) une structure rigide (30) à l'intérieur de laquelle est monté de manière amovible le pot souple (2), la structure rigide s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la hauteur du pot souple située sous le col (6) ;
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'une partie au moins du col (6) se situe au dessus de la structure rigide (30).
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (10) est fermée par un couvercle amovible (40) dont au moins une portion (42), en position montée du couvercle sur le pot souple (2) est sensiblement au contact d'une portion correspondante (34) de la structure rigide (30).
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la fixation amovible de la structure rigide (30) sur le pot souple (2) s'effectue par accrochage mécanique notamment par encliquetage, vissage, ou système à baïonnette.
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que, le pot souple (2) comprend au voisinage de son fond des moyens d'accrochage (9) aptes à coopérer de manière réversible avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (33) prévus au voisinage du fond (32) de la structure rigide.
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le pot (2) comporte des zones d'épaisseur plus importantes (5, 6), notamment au niveau dudit col ou dudit fond.
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce qu'une surface extérieure du col comporte un filetage (8) apte à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant prévu sur une surface intérieure d'un couvercle (40).
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le montage/démontage de la structure rigide (30) relativement au pot souple (2) se fait en réponse à la mise en rotation de l'un relativement à l'autre.
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que le pot souple (2) est réalisé par injection soufflage, notamment en un matériau élastomérique ou en une polyoléfine, notamment un polyéthylène ou un polypropylène, obtenue par catalyse métallocene, éventuellement en mélange avec une autre polyoléfine.
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la structure rigide (30) est réalisée en matériau thermoplastique, notamment en polypropylène ou polyéthylène, en métal, en verre, ou en aluminium.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement d'un produit cosmétique, notamment d'un produit de coiffage, de coloration capillaire, de soin de la peau, ou de soin du cheveu.
