Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum indirekten Auftragen einer dünnen Schicht auf Träger großer Breite mit Hilfe einer gravierten Auftragswalze, (5) die spiralförmige Nuten aufweist und dazu dient, die Beschichtungszusammensetzung (3) aufzunehmen, und die teilweise in eine Wanne oder einen Behälter (1) eintaucht, der die besagte Beschichtungszusammensetzung enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die besagte dünne Schicht, die in dem Auftragsverfahren aufgebracht wird, in trockenem Zustand auf dem besagten Träger eine einheitliche Dicke zwischen 5 und 70 µm aufweist,
    die Breite des besagten Trägers etwa 4 m beträgt,
    die besagte Beschichtungszusammensetzung (3) Abriebeigenschaften aufweist und
    der am Ausgang der besagten Wanne oder des Behälters austretende Teil der Auftragswalze (5) zwecks gleichmäßiger Verteilung der Beschichtungszusammensetzung in Kontakt mit einer Verteilerwalze (19) ist, die mit einem Elastomerüberzug (21) versehen ist und sich in der gleichen Richtung wie die Auftragswalze (5) dreht oder nicht, und deren Umfangsdrehzahl von der der Auftragswalze (5) verschieden ist.
  2. Verfahren zum indirekten Auftragen einer dünnen Schicht gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftragsmenge der besagten abrasiven Beschichtungszusammensetzung in feuchtem Zustand auf dem besagten Träger großer Breite zwischen 10 und 100 ml/m2 beträgt.
  3. Anlage für die Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die eine Tauchwanne (1) und eine gravierte Auftragswalze (5) mit spiralförmigen Nuten umfasst, die teilweise in die Wanne (1) eintaucht, die die Beschichtungszusammensetzung für den zu beschichtenden Träger (9) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage eine Verteilerwalze (19) umfasst, die mit einem Elastomerüberzug (21) versehen ist und sich in der gleichen Richtung wie die Auftragswalze (5) dreht oder nicht, und deren Umfangsdrehzahl von der der Auftragswalze (5) verschieden ist.
  4. Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerüberzug (21) der Verteilerwalze (19) eine ausreichende Härte aufweist, um eine gleichmäßige Verteilung und Glättung zu bewirken.
  5. Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerüberzug (21) aus einem Material vom Typ Gummi besteht, das eine Shore-Härte zwischen 45 und 80 Shore aufweist.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerüberzug (21) aus einem Material vom Typ Gummi besteht, das eine Shore-Härte zwischen 65 und 70 Shore aufweist.
  7. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elastomerüberzug (21) aus einem Material besteht, an dem die Beschichtungszusammensetzung nicht anhaftet.
  8. Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 oder der Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7 zur Beschichtung von Trägern großer Breite, typischerweise in der Größenordnung von 4 m, für Bodenbelagsprodukte aus Kunststoff, die PVC enthalten.
