Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Papier- und/oder Kartonbahn, aus einer Stoffsuspension, die von einem Stoffauflauf geliefert wird, dessen Stoffauflaufdüse (18) mit wenigstens einer Lamelle (10) versehen ist, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
  • es wird wenigstens eine Lamelle (10) mit einer zumindest bereichsweise strukturierten Oberfläche verwendet,
  • die Strukturierung (16) wird insbesondere so gewählt, dass im Innern des Suspensionsstrahles Querströmungen erzeugt werden, die zu Scherströmungen im Suspensionsstrahl führen.
Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung einen Stoffauflauf einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Papier- und/oder Kartonbahn, durch Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
