Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Spule aus wenigstens einem Glasfilamente (10) umfassenden Vorgarn (M) auf mindestens einer Wickelmaschine (12), wobei die Vorrichtungeinen Ziehzylinder (20), um welchen die Filamente in Form einer Bahn aufgewickelt werden,eine Spinneinheit (30), die einerseits einen wegschwenkbaren Spinnabstreifer (31), der mit einer Gleitfläche (33) versehen ist und an der Oberfläche (21) des Zylinders derart zum Anschlag kommen kann, dass die Filamente abgelöst werden, und andererseits ein Aufnahmeelement (32) für die vom Abstreifer abgelösten Filamente umfasst,Mittel (40) zur Führung der Filamente in Form eines Vorgarns (M) im Aufnahmeelement (32) und bis zur Wickelmaschine (12) undeine Vorspinneinheit (50) für die Filamente, die vorgesehen sind, in den Ausschuss zu kommen, die mit einer Vorspinntrommel (51) und einem Vorspinnabstreifer (52) versehen ist, der in der Lage ist, die Filamente von dem Zylinder abzulösen, damit sie in diese Trommel geschleudert werden, umfasst,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeelement (32) der Spinneinheit eine Rückseite (34), die an die Gleitfläche (33) des Spinnabstreifers anstößt, eine Rückwand (36) mit zylindrischer Konkavität mit einer zur Rotationsachse des Zylinders parallelen Längsachse und eine Längsvorderseitenöffnung (37) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeelement (32) fest mit dem Spinnabstreifer (31) verbunden und derart angeordnet ist, dass seine Rückseite (34) und die Gleitfläche (33) des Abstreifers coplanar sind, wobei die Bewegung des Abstreifers auf der Oberfläche des Zylinders durch Schwenken der Spinneinheit erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite (34) des Aufnahmeelements und die Gleitfläche (33) des Abstreifers geprägt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (40) im Aufnahmeelement (32) der Spinneinheit vorgesehen sind, um in einer Diagonalen, die von einem vorderen unteren Ende (39) der Öffnung (37) bis zu einem oberen seitlichen Punkt (38) reicht, von einer Seite des Aufnahmeelements zur anderen zu führen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (40) aus einem Zugfaden bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zugfaden aus Glas besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zugfaden aus thermoplastischem Material besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Venturirohr (42) umfasst, das den Zugfaden (40) ansaugen und in das Aufnahmeelement (32) ziehen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Querschneider (43) mit dem Ausgang des Venturirohrs (42) verbunden ist, um den Zugfaden (40) nach Beginn des Aufwickelns des Vorgarns auf der Wickelmaschine zu zerschneiden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausgang des Aufnahmeelements (32) in Richtung Wickelmaschine (12) eine sich drehenden ringförmige Einrichtung (70) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nach der ringförmigen Einrichtung (70) eine Luftstrahldüse (71) umfasst, vor welcher das Vorgarn vorbeiläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Beschichtungsmittel (60, 61) umfasst, die vor dem Ablegen der Filamente auf dem Zylinder (20) bzw. vor der Spinneinheit (30) angeordnet sind, um die Oberfläche des Zylinders vor Ablegen der Filamente bzw. die Filamente vor deren Ablösen vom Zylinder zu beschichten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Spinneinheiten (30) umfasst, die vor der Vorspinneinrichtung (50) angeordnet und in der Lage sind, zusammen oder einzeln zu arbeiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Spinneinheit (30) einen Spinnabstreifer (31) umfasst, dessen Breite der Klinge einem Teil der Breite des Zylinders entspricht und zur Breite der anderen Klinge derart komplementär ist, dass die Filamentbahn in zwei Teile getrennt und abgelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Filamente bildende Glas E-Glas oder C-Glas ist.
