Claims (3)

  1. Méthode de gestion pour le montage de composants et/ou d'assemblages d'une machine de fabrication de comprimés sous forme de presse rotative, qui présente un rotor, un jeu de poinçons inférieurs et supérieurs, un disque de matrice, des segments incurvés associés au rotor, des rouleaux presseurs pour l'actionnement des poinçons de pressage, un dispositif de remplissage, un dispositif racleur pour des comprimés éjectés de la matrice, dans laquelle un système informatique est prévu pour la commande de la machine de fabrication de comprimés selon un programme prédéterminé et pour le traitement de données qui sont fournies par des transmetteurs de signaux de la machine de fabrication de comprimés et pour la surveillance du fonctionnement de la machine, avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    • au moins une partie des composants et/ou assemblages est pourvue d'un transpondeur,
    • au moins un numéro d'identification caractérisant le composant et/ou assemblage est mémorisé dans les transpondeurs,
    • au moins un plan de composants et/ou assemblages est enregistré dans une mémoire du système informatique,
    • après le montage de la machine de fabrication de comprimés, les transpondeurs sont lus avec une tête de lecture raccordée au système informatique,
    • les données extraites sont comparées dans le système informatique au plan de composants et/ou assemblages.
  2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des données utiles pour le processus sont mémorisées dans le transpondeur.
  3. Méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la durée de fonctionnement actuelle du composant et/ou de l'assemblage est mémorisée dans le transpondeur.
