Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einsteckvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, ein Einsteckteil sowie eine Anordnung zur Halterung von Gegenständen.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Einsteckvorrichtungen und dazu passende Einsteckteile sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungsformen bekannt geworden.
  • In der deutschen Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 299 21 495 U1 wird eine Tragstangenanordnung zum Aufhängen von Artikeln oder zur Halterung einer Ablage mit einer von einer Tragstruktur getragenen daran fixierbaren Steckaufnahme und in diese einsteckbaren Trägerstange beschrieben. Die Trägerstange besteht aus einem Stangenstück und einer am Ende des Stangenstücks angebrachten Steckplatte. Die Steckaufnahme besitzt einen Aufsetzflansch, eine fensterartige Einstecköffnung und im inneren der Steckaufnahme eine obere und eine untere Hinterschneidung. Die am Stangenstück befindliche Steckplatte überragt die Einstecköffnung in ihrer Höhe. Nur bei verkippter Positionierung kann die Steckplatte mit der Oberkante in die obere Hinterschneidung eingefädelt werden. Dann wird das Stangenstück mit Steckplatte zurückgekippt und nach unten verschoben, wodurch die untere Kante der Steckplatte die untere Hinterschneidung hintergreift, jedoch die obere Hinterschneidung nach wie vor von der oberen Kante der Steckplatte hintergriffen bleibt. Im montierten Zustand kommt der Aufsetzflansch auf der Rückseite der Tragstruktur zu liegen, während ein dem Aufsetzflansch vorgesetzten Hülsenstück, in dem die Einstecköffnung ausgebildet ist, in eine in die Tragstruktur vorbereitete Öffnung hineinragt. Das Hülsenstück wird mit einer in die Einstecköffnung einsteckbaren Abdeckung versehen.
  • Die Steckaufnahme dieser Tragstabanordnung ist dabei nicht nur vergleichsweise aufwändig ausgeführt, sondern tritt auch optisch deutlich auf der Sichtseite einer Tragstruktur in Erscheinung.
  • Bei einer anderen in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 299 23 599 U1 offenbarten Ausführungsform einer Tragstabanordnung besteht die Steckaufnahme aus einer im Querschnitt kreisrunden Hülse mit einer kreisrunden Einstecköffnung für den Einbau in eine Tragstruktur, wobei die Einsteckbuchse einen sichtbaren Anschlagflansch für die Abstützung der Einsteckbuchse auf der Vorderseite einer Tragstruktur und einen Gewindeabschnitt in einem auf der Rückseite einer Tragstruktur überstehenden Bereich zum Aufschrauben einer Befestigungsmutter aufweist.
  • Die Einsteckbuchse ist auf der Rückseite geschlossen. Von der Vorderseite kann eine Stange mit einer Nase eingesteckt werden, die in eine Ausnehmung im Bereich des Endes der Einsteckbuchse auf der Innenseite der Einsteckbuchse eingreift.
    • Aufgabe und Vorteile der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einsteckvorrichtung, ein dazu passendes Einsteckteil und eine Anordnung von diesen beiden Elementen bereit zu stellen, die einfach im Aufbau ist, eine vergleichsweise hohe Stabilität aufweist und zudem optisch nur sehr dezent in Erscheinung tritt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1, 7 und 10 gelöst.
  • In den Unteransprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung angegeben.
  • Die Erfindung geht zunächst von einer Einsteckvorrichtung für ein Einsteckteil aus, die eine Einsteckbuchse mit Einstecköffnung für den Einbau in eine Tragstruktur, vorzugsweise eine plattenförmige Tragstruktur umfasst, wobei die Einsteckbuchse einen Aufsetzflansch für die Abstützung der Einsteckbuchse auf einer Vorderseite der Tragstruktur und einen Gewindeabschnitt in einem auf der Rückseite einer Tragstruktur überstehenden Bereich zum Aufschrauben einer Befestigungsmutter aufweist. Der Kern der Erfindung liegt nun darin, dass durch den Aufsetzflansch eine, vorzugsweise rechteckförmige Fläche definiert wird, deren Länge deutlich größer ist als deren Breite, wobei die seitlichen Begrenzungen eines sich daran senkrecht anschließenden Einsteckbuchsenbereichs sich innerhalb der Breite und der Länge dieser Fläche erstrecken. Durch diese Vorgehensweise tritt die Einsteckvorrichtung nur durch einen schmalen länglichen Rahmenbereich, der eine Einstecköffnung umgibt, also vergleichsweise optisch zurückhaltend, in Erscheinung. Dennoch lässt sich die Einsteckvorrichtung denkbar einfach montieren, in dem auf den in der Tragstruktur überstehenden Bereich der Einsteckbuchse der Einsteckvorrichtung einfach eine Mutter aufgeschraubt wird. Vorzugsweise ist diese Mutter im Durchmesser wesentlich größer als die Länge des Rahmenbereichs des Anschlagflansches. Durch diese Maßnahme wird eine große Abstützfläche auf der Rückseite einer Tragstruktur über die Befestigungsmutter bereitgestellt, wodurch die Einsteckvorrichtung in der Lage ist große Belastungen aufzunehmen. Unter Länge und Breite einer Fläche die durch den Anschlagflansch definiert wird, ist im Sinne der Erfindung auch eine mittlere Länge und mittlere Breite zu verstehen, wenn die definierte Fläche nicht rechteckig, sondern eine andere Form aufweist, gegebenenfalls die eines länglichen Trapezes oder eine elliptische Ausgestaltung besitzt.
  • Vorzugsweise beträgt die Länge der Fläche mehr als das zweifache der Breite, wobei die Breite insgesamt schmal gehalten wird und z. B. in der Größenordnung von 15 mm liegt. Dadurch lässt sich die Einsteckvorrichtung auch in gebogene Wandflächen einsetzen, ohne dass Abschnitte des Anschlagflansches abstehen und somit auch keine Abstützfunktion auf eine Tragstruktur ausüben können. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es überdies bevorzugt, wenn die Einstecköffnung schlitzförmig ist. Damit lassen sich Einsteckteile verwenden, die in Längsrichtung des Schlitzes große Kräfte aufnehmen können. Dementsprechend ist es bevorzugt, wenn der Schlitz und ein dazu passendes flaches Einsteckteil für eine vertikale Einbaulage ausgestaltet sind. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform beträgt die Schlitzbreite ein Viertel oder weniger der Schlitzhöhe und liegt z. B. in einem Bruch von kleiner 5 mm.
  • In einer überdies besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung erstrecken sich die seitlichen Begrenzungen eines Einsteckäbschnittes der Einsteckbuchse über ihre komplette Länge innerhalb der Breite und Länge der durch den Aufsetzflansch definierten Fläche. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die Einsteckbuchse in eine mit entsprechendem Querschnitt vorbereitete Durchführung in einer Tragstruktur von vorne eingesteckt und auf der Rückseite durch einen einzigen Arbeitsschritt verschraubt werden kann. Bei Belastung kann sich dann die Einsteckbuchse am Aufsetzflansch und an der Auflage der Befestigungsmutter, z. B. auf der Rückseite einer Platte, abstützen. Die Erfindung macht sich dabei die Erkenntnis zunutze, dass eine erforderliche Kraftübertragung zur Befestigung auch dann gewährleistet werden kann, wenn das Gewinde auf dem Einsteckabschnitt für die Befestigungsmutter lediglich in Form eines kleinen Teilbereichs eines vollständig umlaufenden Gewindes ausgebildet ist. Für den Fall, dass der Einsteckabschnitt rechteckig ist, erstreckt sich das Gewinde aufgrund der geometrischen Gegebenheiten beispielsweise nur an den zwei gegenüberliegenden vergleichsweise schmalen Seiten des Einsteckabschnitts. Der überwiegende Anteil der Umfangs des Innengewindes der Befestigungsmutter ist dabei nicht im Eingriff.
  • Für eine einfache und kostengünstige Herstellung ist es im Weiteren bevorzugt, wenn die Einsteckbuchse einstückig ist.
  • Bei einer überdies vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung erstreckt sich die Einstecköffnung durch die Einsteckbuchse mit gleichbleibendem Querschnitt. Vorzugsweise verläuft die Einstecköffnung in Einbaulage horizontal. Hierdurch kann die Einbaubuchse als vergleichsweise einfaches Teil ausgeführt werden.
  • Ein weiterer wesentlicher Aspekt der Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Einsteckteil mit einem Einführabschnitt für eine soeben beschriebene Einsteckvorrichtung, welche eine schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung besitzt, deren Längserstreckung vertikal verläuft. Der Einführabschnitt besteht aus Flachmaterial, besitzt im vorderen Bereich an der Unterkante in Bezug auf eine horizontale Einbaulage der Längserstreckung des Einsteckteils eine nach oben verlaufende Schräge sowie vor der Schräge eine untere Auflagefläche für die Auflage auf einer unteren Berandung der Einstecköffnung und umfasst im vorderen Bereich eine obere Anlagefläche für die Auflage an einer oberen Berandung der Einstecköffnung. Am Einführabschnitt ist im vorderen Bereich eine in der Ebene des Einführabschnittes liegende nach oben zeigende Nase vorgesehen, die in einem in der Einsteckvorrichtung eingesteckten Zustand die schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung hintergreift. Durch den flachen Einführabschnitt des Einsteckteils aus vorzugsweise Flachmaterial für die vertikal ausgerichtete schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung lässt sich ein optisch leicht wirkendes Einsteckteil realisieren, das nicht nur eine vergleichsweise hohe Stabilität aufweist, sondern auch insbesondere für den Fall, dass das Einsteckteil vollständig aus Flachmaterial besteht, kostengünstig herzustellen ist.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Nase derart am Einsteckabschnitt angeordnet, dass sie die schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung am Ende der Einsteckbuchse nach der Einstecköffnung hintergreift. Durch diese Maßnahme muss in der die Einsteckbuchse durchdringenden Einstecköffnung keine Ausnehmung zum Einklinken einer Nase vorgesehen werden. Damit lässt sich eine Einsteckbuchse für das Einsteckteil billiger herstellen.
  • Um zu verhindern, dass das Einsteckteil zu weit in eine Einsteckbuchse rutscht, wird im weiteren vorgeschlagen, dass am Einsteckabschnitt an der Unterseite ein Absatz als Anschlag am Aufsetzrahmen der Einsteckbuchse vorgesehen ist.
  • Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung werden die beschriebene Einsteckvorrichtung und das beschriebene Einsteckteil in einer Anordnung kombiniert. Beispielsweise wird das Einsteckteil als Fachbodenträger ausgebildet, so dass auf zwei oder mehreren Anordnungen aus Einsteckvorrichtung und Einsteckteil ein Fachboden an einer Tragstruktur, beispielsweise Einbauwand in einem Ladengeschäft, insbesondere horizontal, zur Ablage von Gegenständen, zum Beispiel Kleidungsstücken, positioniert werden kann.
  • Das Einsteckteil kann jedoch auch als Arm oder Stange zum Aufhängen von Gegenständen ausgestaltet sein.

    Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
  • In den Fig. 1a-1c ist eine Einsteckbuchse 1 für eine Traganordnung 2 zur Halterung von Gegenständen (siehe Fig. 3) gezeigt. Die Einsteckbuchse 1 weist einen rechteckigen Aufsetzrahmen 3 zur Anlage an der Sichtseite einer Montagewand 4 (siehe Fig. 3) auf. Der rechteckige Aufsetzrahmen umgibt eine ebenfalls rechteckige Einstecköffnung 5, die sich senkrecht zum Aufsetzrahmen 3 mit gleichbleibendem Querschnitt durch die Einsteckbuchse 1 in einem an den Aufsetzrahmen 3 anschließenden Einsteckabschnitt 6 erstreckt. Der Einsteckabschnitt 6 besteht aus einem Positionierabschnitt 7, der exakt in eine Ausnehmung 8 in der Montagewand 4 eingesetzt werden kann, die ungefähr den gleichen Querschnitt wie der des Positionierabschnitts 7 aufweist. Auf den Positionierabschnitt 7 folgt ein Gewindeabschnitt 9. Die Breite b1 des Positionierabschnitts und die Breite b2 des Gewindeabschnitts 9 stimmen überein. Allerdings ist die Höhe h2 des Gewindeabschnitts 9 etwas kleiner als die Höhe h1 des Positionierabschnitts 7. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass der Gewindeabschnitt 9 durch eine für den Positionierabschnitt dimensionierte Ausnehmung einer Montagewand mühelos durchgeführt werden kann.
  • Auf den Gewindeabschnitt 9 ist ein Gewinde 9a aufgebracht, auf das ein Schraubteller mit einer Bohrung 11, in der ein Innengewinde 11a ausgebildet ist, aufgeschraubt werden kann.
  • Die Einsteckbuchse 1 mit ihrem im Querschnitt rechteckigen Einsteckabschnitt 6 hat somit den Vorteil, dass sie nach außen lediglich durch den rechteckigen vergleichsweise schmalen Aufsetzrahmen mit schlitzförmiger Einstecköffnung in Erscheinung tritt, zu deren Befestigung auf der Rückseite einer Montagewand dennoch ein Schraubteller zur Befestigung der Einsteckbuchse 1 genutzt werden kann.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Einstecköffnung 5 eine Höhe h3 auf, die ungefähr fünf mal so groß ist wie die Breite b3 der Einstecköffnung 5.
  • Der Aufsetzrahmen 3 hat eine vergleichbare Dimensionierung.
  • In Fig. 3 ist die Einsteckbuchse 1 in die Ausnehmung der Montagewand 4 mit vertikaler Ausrichtung der schlitzförmigen Einstecköffnung 5 eingesetzt und über den aufgeschraubten Schraubtellers 10 verspannt, gezeigt.
  • Der angezogene Zustand des Schraubtellers 10 kann mittels Schrauben in vorgesehenen Bohrungen 12, die sich in die Montagewand 4 eindrehen lassen, fixiert werden.
  • In Fig. 3 ist in die Einstecköffnung 5 der Einsteckbuchse 1 ein Fachbodenträger 13 eingesetzt. Der Fachbodenträger 13 ist durchgehend aus Flachmaterial gefertigt, das etwas schmäler ist, wie die Breite b3 der Einstecköffnung 5. In einem auf der Sichtseite 14 der Montagewand 4 sich nach außen erstreckendem Auflageabschnitt 13a ist der Fachbodenträger 13 zur Aufnahme eines Fachbodens (nicht dargestellt) ausgestaltet.
  • Der vom Aufsetzrahmen 3 sich in die Einstecköffnung 5 erstreckende Einführabschnitt 13b des Fachbodenträgers 13 besitzt eine Nase 15 die die Einsteckbuchse 1 an ihrem Ende 16 hintergreift. Um zu vermeiden, dass der Fachbodenträger 13 zu weit in die Einstecköffnung 5 der Einsteckbuchse 1 hineinrutscht, ist ein Absatz 17 vorgesehen, nach welchem der Auflageabschnitt 13a des Fachbodenträgers 13 um die Absatzbreite des Absatzes 17 höher ist als der Einführabschnitt das Einsteckteil 13b unmittelbar am Absatz 17.
  • Der Einführabschnitt 13b ist im vorderen Bereich an der Unterkante auf eine horizontale Einbaulage bezogen mit einer nach oben verlaufenden Schräge 18 versehen. Dadurch wird es möglich, den Einführabschnitt 13b in einem aus der Horizontalen leicht verkippten Zustand in die Einstecköffnung 5 trotz Nase 15 einzuführen und die Nase durch Zurückkippen in die Horizontale am Ende 16 des Einsteckabschnitts 6 hintergreifen zu lassen.
  • Vor der Schräge 18 ist eine untere Auflagefläche 19 für die Auflage auf einer unteren Berandung 19a der Einstecköffnung 5 am Einführabschnitt 13b vorgesehen. Außerdem weist der Einführabschnitt 13b eine obere Anlagefläche 20 für die Anlage an einer oberen Berandung 20a der Einstecköffnung 5 auf.
  • Durch die Auflageflächen 19, 20 sowie die Nase 15 und den Absatz 17 ist der Fachbodenträger 13 in seiner Lage nach dem Einsetzen in die Einsteckbuchse 1 festgelegt.
  • Für das Einstecken des Einführabschnitts 13b in die Einstecköffnung besitzt dieser eine flache Form. Dagegen kann der Auflageabschnitt 13a auch anders ausgestaltet werden, zum Beispiel als Konfektionsstange zum Aufhängen von Kleidern.

Claims (10)

  1. Einsteckvorrichtung für ein Einsteckteil (13), die eine Einsteckbuchse (1) mit Einstecköffnung (5) für den Einbau in eine Tragstruktur (4) umfasst, wobei die Einsteckbuchse (1) für die Abstützung an der Tragstruktur (4) einen Aufsetzflansch (3) auf einer Vorderseite (14) der Tragstruktur (4) und einen Gewindeabschnitt (9) in einem auf der Rückseite der Tragstruktur (4) überstehenden Bereich zum Aufschrauben einer Befestigungsmutter (10) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Aufsetzflansch (3) eine Fläche definiert wird, deren Länge deutlich größer ist als deren Breite, wobei die seitlichen Begrenzungen eines sich daran senkrecht anschließenden Abschnittes (7) der Einsteckbuchse (1) sich innerhalb der Breite und Länge dieser Fläche erstrecken.
  2. Einsteckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der durch den Aufsetzflansch (3) definierten Fläche das zweifache der Breite der Fläche oder mehr beträgt.
  3. Einsteckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstecköffnung (5) schlitzförmig ist.
  4. Einsteckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Begrenzungen eines Einsteckabschnittes (6) der Einsteckbuchse (1) sich über ihre komplette Länge innerhalb der Breite und Länge der durch den Aufsetzflansch (3) definierten Fläche erstrecken.
  5. Einsteckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstecköffnung (5) sich durch die komplette Einsteckbuchse (1) mit gleichbleibendem Querschnitt erstreckt.
  6. Einsteckvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsteckbuchse (1) einstückig ist.
  7. Einsteckteil (13) mit einem Einführabschnitt (13b) für eine Einsteckvorrichtung (1, 10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer schlitzförmigen Einstecköffnung (5), deren Längserstreckung vertikal verläuft, wobei der Einführabschnitt (13b) eine flache Form aufweist, im vorderen Bereich an der Unterkante in Bezug auf eine horizontale Einbaulage der Längserstreckung des Einsteckteils (13) eine nach oben verlaufende Schräge (18) sowie vor der Schräge (18) eine untere Auflagefläche (19) für die Auflage auf einer unteren Berandung (19a) der Einstecköffnung (5) besitzt und im vorderen Bereich eine obere Anlagefläche (20) für die Anlage an einer oberen Berandung (20a) der Einstecköffnung (5) umfasst, und wobei am Einführabschnitt (13b) im vorderen Bereich eine in der Ebene des Einführabschnitts (13b) liegende nach oben zeigende Nase (15) vorgesehen ist, die in einem in die Einsteckbuchse (1) eingesetzten Zustand die schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung (5) hintergreift.
  8. Einsteckteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nase (15) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie die schlitzförmige Einstecköffnung (5) am Ende der Einsteckbuchse (1) hintergreift.
  9. Einsteckteil nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Einführabschnitt (13b) an der Unterseite ein Absatz (17) als Anschlag am Aufsetzflansch (3) der Einsteckbuchse (1) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Anordnung zur Halterung von Gegenständen mit einer Einsteckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und einem Einsteckteil nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10.
