- System through which holes in concrete walls and ceilings are avoided by placing and fixing sleeve-shaped fastening means, such as dowels or threaded sleeves, flexibly and modularly on the formwork on the formwork before the concrete is poured. After the concrete has hardened, the formwork is removed. The sleeve-shaped fastening means are visible on the fastening side of the concrete wall or ceiling.
- the front opening of the sleeve-shaped fastener can be a thin, removable or pierceable film or the like. be protected against the penetration of the concrete.
- the sleeve-shaped fasteners can now be used to hold adequate screws or pins.
- the constructive implementation of the present fastening system requires specifically designed sleeve-shaped fastening means which are arranged in a grid by means of connecting webs.
- the grid can be designed as required.
- the basic structure of the fastening system resembles a harrow, the tines of which have been replaced by the sleeve-shaped fastening means.
- FIGS. 1 and 4 show a first embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention.
- the fastening device is composed of cross-shaped support elements 1 which have connecting elements 2 for connecting one or more corresponding support elements 1, two support elements 1 in the present exemplary embodiment using an intermediate member 3 in shape a connecting web can be connected to each other.
- a sleeve-shaped fastening means 4 in the form of a dowel is fastened to the modular carrier element 1.
- the sleeve-shaped fastening means 4 is connected in one piece to the carrier element 1 and has four stiffening webs 5 on its circumference, which prevent the fastening sleeve 4 from bending during the concrete pouring process.
