Claims (5)

  1. Ofensystem für Ligen des Metalls des zweiten Schmelzens, eine Kuppel, eine strömende Führung und ein Wartebassin von der kugelförmigen Form enthalten, gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, daß die strömende Führung für das flüssige Metall mit einer drehenden Verbindung (7), von der Kuppel (1) zum Wartebassin kugelförmiger Form (8), durch zwei hohle zylinderförmige Körper kreisförmigen Abschnitt (11) festgesetzt wird und (12), ausreichend Hitze isoliert, befestigte jedes für eine Extremität (13) und (14) beziehungsweise zur Kuppel (1) und am Wartebassin (8) und an der anderen freien Extremität jedem von (15) und von (16) koaxial eingesetzt eine in der anderen und durch eine motorisierte Einheit, das Wartebassin (8) kann um die Längswelle I des Ofensystems sich drehen und das Erlöschen erlauben direkt und ununterbrochen vom geschmolzenen Metall durch die Ausgangsöffnung (21) und die Füllung der Blockform.
  2. kennzeichnete Ofensystem für Ligen des Metalls des zweiten Schmelzens hinsichtlich Anspruches 1) durch die Kuppel (1) im Wesentlichen der Kubikform mit den Wänden in materiellem refraktärem (2) umgeben durch eine Metalljacke (3), in der auf einer Seite der Brenner (4), auf einer anderen Seite die Eingabetür (5) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Eingabetür, zentral im niedrigen posistion anwesend ist-, eine Öffnung von der (6) das geschmolzene Metall für das Erreichen, durch die strömende Führung (7), das Wartebassin kugelförmiger Form (8) entgeht.
  3. kennzeichnete Ofensystem für Ligen des Metalls des zweiten Schmelzens hinsichtlich Anspruches 1) durch die Tatsache, daß die strömende Führung (7) eine drehende Verbindung zwischen der Kuppel (1) und dem Wartebassin (8) verwirklicht und daß zwischen den zwei zylinderförmigen Körpern (11) und (12), gibt es einen Zwischenabstand ohne mehr als irgendein Zentimeter im Modus, damit innerhalb der Dose sich drehen Sie, ohne Friktion zu verursachen im Vergleich zu dieser Außenseite.
  4. kennzeichnete Ofensystem für Ligen des Metalls des zweiten Schmelzens hinsichtlich Anspruches 1) von der Tatsache, daß das Wartebassin kugelförmiger Form (8) durch zwei hohle Hemisphären einstellte ein auf dem anderen festgesetzt wird, mit Wänden in feuerfestem Material (17) und wärmeisolierendem in (18) umgeben durch eine metallische Jacke (19) und wird teilweise in Position gebracht in eine Grube (9), die durch Unterstützungen (10) in solcher Weise unterstützt wird, daß sein Mittagsumkreis praktisch zur gleichen Höhe des strömenden (7) ist.
  5. kennzeichnete Ofensystem für Ligen des Metalls des zweiten Schmelzens hinsichtlich Anspruches 1) und 4) durch die Tatsache, die in der Nähe des Mittagsumkreises des kugelförmigen Wartebassins (8) einem Brenner (20) und der Ausgangsöffnung (21) des flüssigen Metalls gelegt werden
