Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Stranggießen von Metallen, insbesondere von Stahl, für das Solidified-Bending-Verfahren mit einer der Stranggießkokile nachgeordneten, vertikalen, geraden Strangführung, an die sich ein Biegetreiber anschließt, dessen Biegerollen aus einer den Kaltstrangweg freigebenden Stellung in die Betriebsstellung oder zurück bewegbar ist, sowie mit einer Biegeeinrichtung zum Trennen des Kaltstrangs vom Warmstrang zur Führung des Warmstrangs im Radius auf einen nachfolgenden Richttreiber und mit zumindest einem tiefer angeordneten Antriebsrollenpaar zum Ein- oder Ausfahren des Kaltstrangs,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Biegetreiber (3) einerseits aus einem auf der Festseite (1a) schwenkbar gelagerten Klappsegment (9) besteht, das mittels einer den Biegeweg (3c) in Betriebsstellung (3b) begrenzenden Rollenreihe (10) versehen ist und andererseits aus einem auf der Losseite (1b) in und außer Betriebsstellung (3b) anstellbaren oder wegschwenkbaren Losteil (11), dessen Biegerollen (3a) in Betriebsstellung (3b) jeweils die Gegenrollen (3d) zur Rollenreihe (10) bilden, dass das anstellbare Losteil (11) mittels paarweise und parallel angeordneten Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (14) in und außer Betriebsstellung (3b) anstellbar ist und dass das Losteil (11) auf einen Freiraum (18) zum Warmstrang (2) zum Überbiegen , d.h. Trennen des Warmstrangs (2) vom Kaltstrang (5) anstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das auf der Festseite (1a) befindliche Klappsegment (9) um eine oben liegende Schwenkachse (12) gelagert ist und dass zur Schwenkachse (12) gegenüberliegend zumindest eine hydraulische Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (13) für die Anstellung in und außer Betriebsstellung (3b) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich (15) der vertikalen Strangführung (1) auf der Festseite (1a) ein Grundrahmen (16) vorgesehen ist, an den die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (13) für das Klappsegment (9) angelenkt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundrahmen (16) zumindest der Vertikalstrangführung (1) zugewendet mit Wasserspannplatten (17) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Klappsegments (9) ein Segmentteil (18) am Klappsegment (9) senkrecht zur Richtung des Gießstrangweges (2a) hin- und herverschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Klappsegment (9) zum Gießstrangweg (2a) abgewandt ein Vorsprung (9) vorgesehen ist, an dem die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (13) für das Verschwenken des Klappsegments (9) angelenkt sind: - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Klappsegment (9) verschiebbare Segmentteil (18) mit einem eigenen Verschiebeantrieb (20) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Strangbewegungsrichtung (21) hinter dem Klappsegment ( 9), vor dem Richttreiber (7), ein Bogen-Strangführungssegment (22) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Strangbewegungsrichtung (21) vor dem Klappsegment (9) ein zusätzliches Vertikalteil (23) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klappsegment (9) auf dem Rahmen (24) der Kaltstrang-Antriebs-rollenpaare (8) angeordnet und vertikal ausbaubar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (14) des Losteils (11) in Verbindung mit einer nachfolgenden Liquid-Core-Reduction hydraulisch ansteuerbar sind.
