Claims (7)

  1. Porte-outil pour une machine-outil manuelle avec un entraînement rotatif et/ou percuteur, dans lequel le porte-outil (10) présente un corps de base (12) avec des moyens pour recevoir un outil avec une tige rainurée, le corps de base (12) étant muni d'un mécanisme de verrouillage avec lequel l'outil peut être bloqué dans le corps de base (12) et qui comprend un corps de verrouillage déplaçable radialement, en particulier une bille de verrouillage (14), et un élément d'actionnement (24) pour déverrouiller l'outil étant prévu dans le corps de base (12), les moyens pour recevoir l'outil se composant d'une douille de réception (34) insérée dans le corps de base (12), caractérisé en ce que la douille de réception (34) est fabriquée en un matériau plus dur que le corps de base (12) et présente un évidement (40) afin que le corps de verrouillage puisse pénétrer dans une rainure prévue sur la tige rainurée.
  2. Porte-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille de réception (34) se compose d'un acier trempé.
  3. Porte-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nervure d'entraînement en rotation (38) est formée dans la douille de réception (34), laquelle vient en prise dans une rainure sur la tige de l'outil.
  4. Porte-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille de réception (34) présente à son extrémité tournée vers l'ouverture d'entrée pour l'outil, un épaulement (42) qui forme une butée axiale sur le corps de base (12).
  5. Porte-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille de réception (34) est connectée au corps de base (12) par brasage dur (36).
  6. Porte-outil selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (12) est pourvu, dans la région d'une surface de butée (44) du côté frontal pour l'épaulement (42) de la douille de réception (34), d'un évidement (46) pour recevoir du matériau de brasage dur.
  7.
