Claims (7)
- Gefahrengut-Behälter für flüssige, insbesondere zähflüssige, wasserlösliche Gefahrengüter, insbesondere wasserlösliche Lacke, mit einem das Gefahrengut aufnehmenden Behälterunterteil (1) aus Kunststoff und einem Behälterdeckel (2), der mit dem Behälterunterteil (1) über einen aus Metall bestehenden Spannring (9) verbindbar ist, wobei der Behälter bei abgenommenem Behälterdeckel (2) eine großflächige Öffnung aufweist, die zumindest einen Großteil der Deckfläche (15) des Behälters ausmacht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Behälterunterteil (1) zumindest im wesentlichen aus einem leitfähigen Kunststoff besteht, wobei zumindest die äußere Oberfläche (5) des Behälterunterteils (1) elektrisch leitfähig ist, und dass der Behälterdeckel (2) zumindest im wesentlichen aus Metall besteht, welches auf seiner dem Behälterinnenraum (3) zugewandten Unterseite mit einer Kunststoffbeschichtung (7) versehen ist.
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoff-Beschichtung der Unterseite des Behälterdeckels (2) aus einer Polyethylen- oder Polypropylenschicht besteht.
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unterseite des Behälterdeckels (2) eine Dichtung (13) angebracht ist, die mit einem am oberen Ende des Behälterunterteils (1) vorgesehenen und die Öffnung des Behälterunterteils umgebenden Auflagerand (17) für den Behälterdeckel (2) zusammenwirkt.
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannring (9) im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist, mit einem Verbindungsschenkel (10), vom dem ein oberer Schenkel (11) und ein unterer Schenkel (12) abstehen, wobei die Länge (L) des oberen Schenkels (11) größer ist als die Länge (I) des unteren Schenkels (12).
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Volumen des Behälterinnenraums (3) mindestens 15 I beträgt.
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Behälterunterteil ein Kunststoff-Spritzgussteil ist.
- Gefahrengut-Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter-Deckel (2) aus einem an der Unterseite mit einer Kunststoffschicht versehenen Eisenblech bzw. Stahlblech besteht.
