Claims (12)
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme (1) zum Anschluß eines Leiters an eine Sammelschiene (2), wobei der Sammelschienenanschluß folgendes aufweist:ein Isolierstoffgehäuse (3),einen im Isolierstoffgehäuse (3) angeordneten Zugfederanschluß (4) mit einem Stromschienenstück (5) zur Kontaktierung des Leiters,dem Zugfederanschluß (4) ein Betätigungshebel (6) zum Öffnen beim Einführen eines Leiters zugeordnet ist,das Stromschienenstück (5) einen oberen und einen unteren Längsschenkel (5a, 5b) aufweist, welche die Sammelschiene (2) einfassen.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugfederanschluß eine Zugfeder (4a) mit einer Ausnehmung (4b) aufweist, die von dem Stromschienenstück (5) und einem zu kontaktierenden Leiter durchsetzbar ist.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel einen Hebelarm (6a) aufweist, dessen eines Ende im Isolierstoffgehäuse drehbar gelagert ist, wobei der Hebelarm (6a) auf der Zugfeder (4a) aufliegt.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stromschienenstück (5) als Zuschnitt aus einem ebenen Blechstreifen gefertigt ist, wobei der Zuschnitt etwa eine U-Form aufweist, dessen beide Längsschenkel (5a, 5b) um 90° relativ zur Ebene des Grundschenkels (5c) umgebogen sind.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsschenkel (5a, 5b) an deren einander zugewandten Seiten mit winkligen Federstücken (10) versehen sind, welche die Sammelschiene federnd einfassen.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierstoffgehäuse (3) mit einer Einführöffnung (12) zur Aufnahme der Sammelschiene (2) versehen ist.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierstoffgehäuse (3) mit Hinterschnitten (14) zum Einfassen der Sammelschiene (2) versehen ist.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der beiden Längsschenkel (5a) als Federelement ausgebildet ist, welches über einen Steg (11) des Isolierstoffgehäuses geführt ist und die Sammelschiene (2) an ihrer von der Einführseite abgewandten Seite federnd einfasst.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (6a) eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, in deren Bereich er auf der Zugfeder (4a) aufliegt.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (6a) eine Vorwölbung (17) aufweist, welche auf der Zugfeder 4a aufliegt und bei einer Betätigung auf dieser abrollt.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (6a) mit einer Riffelung (18) versehen ist.
- Sammelschienen-Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelarm (6a) mit einer Kerbe (19) zum Ansetzen eines Betätigungswerkzeugs versehen ist.
