Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for rinsing Toilet bowl, in which an existing fresh water supply network (e.g. 4 bar) Rinse water removed and over Nozzles are directed into the toilet bowl, the Flushing water, drainage mass and liquid with the help of gravity or vacuum can be removed.
- an existing fresh water supply network e.g. 4 bar
- Rinse water removed and over Nozzles are directed into the toilet bowl, the Flushing water, drainage mass and liquid with the help of gravity or vacuum can be removed.
- the invention also relates to a device for Flushing toilet bowls, taking from an existing one Fresh water supply network (e.g. 4 bar) of rinse water removed and is led into the toilet bowl via nozzles.
- Fresh water supply network e.g. 4 bar
- Procedures for flushing toilet bowls can be divided into two Divide groups: On the one hand, the flushing is done using Water accomplished that in a water box if possible is located far above the toilet bowl. With this Process is the pressure with which the water in the sink arrives in relation to the geodesic height of the water tank dependent on the toilet bowl. On the other hand, with this Procedure ensures that the fresh water network is not included used water, of whatever type comes.
- the other system for flushing toilet bowls is the pressure of the fresh water supply network (e.g. 4 bar) used to pressurize water under the highest possible pressure Send the bowl to the toilet.
- the fresh water supply network e.g. 4 bar
- Such flush valve systems are nowadays no longer allowed because of the danger that Process water in contact with the fresh water supply network comes. Therefore, these systems are only used nowadays used if a separate supply network is available stands that of the fresh water supply network perfectly is separated, as is the case, for example, on board ships of the Case is.
- the present invention addresses the problem Method and a device of the type mentioned create where the hygienic regulations are met can be, although the flushing process with high pressure can be carried out.
- Another essential feature for the invention is that Free flow path of the supply network escaping water. So is behind a valve or one Pipe separator a distance of two cm, for example provided in which the escaping water can flow freely, without touching any walls, dirt particles, Pathogens and the like. Not to the pressurized water supply network come back because the water is on this path flows freely. Even if at any point in the system Constipation can occur due to an overflow or the like. Ensure that pent-up water only up to can rise to a certain height, but not up to Pipe separator rises.
- the present invention is characterized by the combination of this pressure water plug and the characteristic of free Flow.
- the pressure acting in the toilet bowl corresponds to Essentially that of the operating or supply pressure of the Network, on the other hand, is a perfect separation between Process water and fresh water ensured.
- the receiving line surrounded by a pipe. This can also cause splashing water or water that misses the reception line, be removed, preferably in the bowl of the toilet.
- the receiving line does not have to be centered on the pipe on the contrary, this could lead a curve follow a gradual change of direction from the vertical in the horizontal direction in the toilet bowl allows for a more even flow in this way obtained in particular to lower pipe friction losses in To have to buy.
- the upper edge could the receiving line can be connected inside with this jacket.
- a breakthrough would have to be in the area of the funnel be present, so that's in the reception line water rising over this overflow into the toilet bowl can be derived.
- Such overflows are then not required if the outer top of the Holding funnel in the jacket maintains a distance so that the Funnel edge serves as an overflow and thus the highest specifies the geodetic height of the water column of the process water.
- the arrangement of the inlet pipe does not have to be vertical, other orientations, for example essentially horizontal, are also conceivable, but then ensure that the escaping water jet is too is aligned with the receiving tube.
- a further preferred embodiment according to the Invention is both the seat glasses and the Seal the toilet lid in the lower area.
- these are sealants or the sound-repellent parts with the seat glasses or the Toilet lid formed in one piece.
- the invention is based on the drawing, for example explained.
- 10 denotes a toilet bowl.
- This Toilet bowl is flushed through nozzles 11, which only are shown schematically. It comes in connection with the Invention not so much on the arrangement of the rinsing nozzles. It can be used irrigation nozzles that are in the rear part of the sink 10 are located.
- the toilet bowl 10 is up through a pair of seat glasses 50 and a cover 51 completed.
- a circumferential seal called the lower Surface of the seat glasses 50 is arranged and shown in the Location rests on the edge of the toilet bowl 10 and there seals.
- the cover 51 is with a corresponding all-round Seal 53 equipped on the lower boundary surface, and in the embodiment shown, this seal 53 seals the upper surface of the seat glasses 50. Seen overall through the two seals 52 and 53 the interior of the Bowl of the toilet 10 sealed to the outside.
- the toilet bowl is in the rear area connected to a tube 40. Not shown is the outer seal in the access hole of the Toilet bowl.
- the tube 40 has the usual dimensions, e.g. 40 mm in diameter, and leads a short distance in horizontal direction and then a little longer piece in vertical direction upwards.
- the tube 40 merges in one piece into a jacket 20 and tapers again in the upper area, where there is a usual pipe separator 12 is completed or a connection into the fresh water supply network.
- An inlet pipeline is located inside the pipe 40 15, essentially in the embodiment shown Mid-range, although this is not absolutely necessary is. Accordingly, the inlet line 15 leads in the lower Area essentially horizontally into the interior of the Toilet bowl 10. After a curved area then rises the feed line 15 upwards. In the upper part is one Extension provided in the form of a funnel 14. It is too realize that the funnel doesn't quite match the internal dimensions of the jacket 20 reached, but that there is an annular Space 4 is present. Likewise, there are two circular breakthroughs, one of which with 16 has been designated. The function of these parts is are explained below:
- the tube 40 is inside with a suction funnel 30 provided, which is below the upper limit of the Recording line 15 is attached.
- This intake manifold 30 is designed to take in air from outside and into enter the space between parts 40 and 15 leaves.
- At 13 is the space between the upper extent the line 13 and the outlet of the pipe separator 12 designated. It is this space, by that from the Supply network coming water can flow freely, namely as can be seen from the following description, only in this direction.
- the Pipe separator 12 actuated and water emerges from the Supply network. This water gets into the Inlet line 15, and since only one relative at the lower end small amount emerges, the level in the pipe 15 rises so far until finally the top level in the amount of Overflow openings 16 or, if these are not present, the upper edge of the funnel 14 is reached. That continues escaping water from the pipe separator 12 can now with the full supply pressure on this plug in line 15 act and water occurs under relatively high Pressure (approximately supply pressure) from the nozzles 11.
- the basin be flushed upwards during rinsing, so that No air is sucked in through the opening of the basin.
- the Air is sucked in through the intake manifold 30 and noises, those in the toilet bowl by shooting the water arise or by breaking the vacuum at Removal of the drainage mass is therefore strongly dampened can emerge from the outside.
