Definitions

  • the invention relates to an elevator installation and a method for operating the panel according to the preamble of claim 1 and claim 5.
  • the invention has for its object to propose a panel and a method of the type mentioned, which do not have the aforementioned disadvantages and allow easy operation of the panel for all passengers.
  • the subset of floor keys forms a ten-key pad. This provides a wide choice of commands using the numbers '0' - '9'.
  • the panel has a toggle button generating the signal. This has the advantage that the switching of the panel can be done manually with direct contact.
  • the panel has a signal generating sensor. This allows automatic switching of the panel without direct contact.
  • an old panel can also take over the functions according to the invention. That means the teaching according to the Invention can be used both on an old already installed and on a newly installed Tableau use.
  • Figure 1 shows the inside of an elevator car 2, which has a panel 1 for entering elevator commands next to an elevator door T. It is a normal standard panel 1, which can be operated on the basis of all existing keys. The panel 1 can also be located on a floor of a building.
  • the panel 1 extends in the vertical direction, that is, the width B is smaller than the height D, and has a plurality of keys 3 on the lower part of the panel 1 and a display device 4 on the upper part.
  • the keys 3 have a door opening key DT-O and a door closing key DT-S and floor keys or cabin call keys CCB, wherein one floor key CCB is provided per floor.
  • 27 floor keys CCB are shown, the operation of which allows the operation of floors 0 to 26.
  • the tableau may have more or less floor keys CCB.
  • the floor keys CCB are consecutively numbered from bottom to top, that is, the floor keys for the higher floors are arranged higher on the tableau 1 than the floor keys for the lower floors.
  • the floor buttons CCB are distributed in three columns.
  • the panel 1 further has a shift key H, which is arranged below the keys 3. Pressing the Shift key H allows all possible usually deductible with the Stanardtableau 1 commands, only with a subset of the total existing floor buttons CCB of the panel 1 can be done.
  • the panel 1 is toggled by operation / printing of the shift key H in a ten-key Z.
  • the floor keys CCB '0' to '9' of the panel 1 are used as a numeric keypad Z, selected by means of, for example, all floors or all car calls or driving commands can be made. This means that even the higher floors can be selected by means of the numeric keypad Z.
  • FIG 3 the detail A of Figure 1 is shown in more detail.
  • the floor keys CCB '0' - '9' form the numeric keypad Z.
  • the numeric keypad Z is activated.
  • the constant lighting or flashing of the floor buttons '0' to '9' confirm the activation of the numeric keypad Z.
  • the floor buttons '0' to '9' can preferably also be provided with braille signs so that they can also be operated by blind persons ,
  • the floor '18' can be selected by successively actuating the floor buttons '1' and '8'. At the same time, this choice is preferably confirmed by the automatic lighting of the corresponding floor button CCB, in our example the floor button '18'.
  • a tone confirms the operation of any key 3.
  • FIG 4 shows another embodiment of the panel 1, wherein in principle the same panel 1 is shown as in Figure 1.
  • the switching function is not done here with a shift key H, but with the help of a sensor S, which detects a signal and in turn sends another signal to the control device of the panel 1.
  • the ten-key Z can also be activated without direct contact of the panel 1, for example, locally remote from this.
  • the sensor S for example, a specific disabled person can be identified and an automatic switching on the numeric keypad Z are performed.
  • the identification can be done, for example, with the help of a disabled transmitting device. This can happen, for example, according to the transponder principle.
  • the user carries, for example, a chip card with identification code, which is detected by the sensor S as a signal.
  • the sensor S can be placed anywhere on the panel. It is important that the sensor S is located where all passengers in the car 2 or in the corridor can be detected by him. The arrangement of the sensor S on the lower part of the panel 1 would be a preferred variant
  • the keys '0-9' will no longer light up or flash.
  • the panel 1 can be operated again in a conventional manner.
  • Figure 5 shows a further variant of the panel 1 according to the invention, which can be used for buildings with basements.
  • the panel 1 has three minus buttons 5, which are arranged below the floor buttons CCB for the upper floors.
  • the minus buttons 5 are therefore mounted at a height that are easily accessible even for seated disabled persons.
  • the three minus keys 5 are above the door closing key DT-S, the door opening key DT-O and the shift key H.
  • the basements can thus be selected by pressing one of the minus keys 5 and optionally one of the keys '0-9', without pressing the H key.
  • the shift key H is only activated to select higher floors, for example floor '18', by means of the floor keys '0-9', that is to say with the numeric keypad Z.
  • the numeric keypad Z can also be used for other functions. For certain buildings, access is to certain floors only for authorized persons possible. To gain access to these particular floors, the authorized person must first be identified by the elevator. This can be done for example by entering a code RC. For this purpose, part of the floor keys CCB of the panel 1, for example, the above-mentioned ten-key Z may be used. The authorized person should first switch the panel 1 on the numeric keypad Z by means of the shift key H, then enter the code RC via the numeric keypad Z and finally select the floor with the numeric keypad Z or with direct actuation of the corresponding floor key CCB.
  • the door closing button DT-S can be actuated, which can also serve as an input button ('Enter' button).
  • An acoustic signal confirms the entry of the correct code RC.
  • Incorrect code RC is detected by an appropriate software and automatically returns the ten-key Z on the conventional panel 1. Without entry of the code RC, certain floors can not be operated by direct operation of the corresponding floor keys CCB.
  • the elevator can be ordered by entering additional codes SFC with special functions. For example, a further code SFC for the reservation of the elevator with or without parking, for the activation and control of the light or a fan of the elevator car, for special trips, etc. via the numeric keypad Z can be entered.
  • the confirmation that the control of the elevator has registered a special function is indicated by a temporary display For example, a letter on the display device 4 of the panel 1 done.
  • Figures 6, 7 and 8 show flowcharts / algorithms indicating the operation of the panel.
  • Fig. 6 shows the main flow chart of the operation of the panel 1.
  • the shift key H is operated (step P2)
  • the ten key Z is turned on (step P4).
  • the panel 1 is used in a conventional manner as a standard panel (step P3).
  • FIGS 7 and 8 show a possible sequence when the ten-key Z is turned on. This process can be summarized as follows:
  • step S3 Upon actuation of the shift key H, all existing car calls ECC are detected in the elevator control and deleted the lamps of the associated floor buttons.
  • the acknowledgment lamp of the shift key H lights up (step S3).
  • a timer turns on and the floor keys '0-9' of the panel 1, which form the ten-key Z, start flashing at a frequency of preferably 2 Hz (S5). If the numeric keypad Z remains unactuated within a time of, for example, five seconds (S9) or when the door closing key DT-S is printed (S8), the shift key H turns off (S83) and stops flashing of the ten-key Z (S84).
  • the numeric keypad Z is turned off and the tablet 1 can still be used as a standard tablet (S86).
  • a valid car call is the call that is actually served by the elevator. That is, if the elevator operates, for example, floors 0-31, the valid car calls will go from 0 to 31. Cabin calls 32, 33 would therefore not be valid.
