Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour enrouler une bande (5), avec

    - un dispositif de contre-rivoir (7), qui est mobile d'avant en arrière entre une position de repos et une position de travail, où le dispositif de contre-rivoir (7) présente un bras support (7c), sur lequel est posée, de manière oscillante, une extrémité d'un bras de levée double (7e) et l'autre extrémité présente une zone de contact arrière (7b), où le dispositif de contre-rivoir entre en contact avec la bande (5) lors d'un mouvement de la position de repos à la position de travail, de sorte que l'angle d'enroulement de la bande autour du nouveau corps d'enroulement (4) augmente et de plus, la bande est conduite, en position de travail du dispositif de contre-rivoir, par les zones de contact avant et arrière,
