Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- Meißelhalterwechselsystem mit einem Basisteil mit einer Meißelhalteraufnahme, in die ein mit einem Meißel bestückter Meißelhalter einsetzbar ist, wobei der Meißelhalter mit einem Halterschaft in die Meißelhalteraufnahmen eingeführt und mittels Spannschrauben darin festgehalten sind und wobei die Spannschrauben in eine Gewindeaufnahme des Basisteils einschraubbar sind und sich dabei unter Spannung in einer Spannaufnahme des Halterschaftes des Meißelhalters abstützen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächen des Außengewindes (16) der Spannschraube (15) und/oder des Innengewindes (14) der Gewindeaufnahme (13) der Meißelhalteraufnahmen (11) mit einer metallischen Schicht aus Zink- und Aluminiumlamellen und einem mineralischen Chromoxyd-Bindemittel versehen sind, die nach dem Aufbringen eingebrannt ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überzug Schichtdicken von 5 µm bis 10 µm aufweist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Anzahl der Lamellen per µm der Schicht der Barierre-Effekt der beschichteten Oberflächen vergrößerbar ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannkraft/Anziehdrehmoment der Schraubverbindung zwischen Spannschraube (15) und Gewindeaufnahme (13) der Meißelhalteraufnahme (11) durch größere Wahl der Schichtdicke steigerbar ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schicht durch Tauch-, Schleuder- oder Spritzverfahren aufgebracht, danach getrocknet und schließlich bei etwa 300° C eingebrannt ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibwert der Schraubverbindung durch Zugabe von Trockenschmiermitteln reduziert ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem mit einem Basisteil mit einer Meißelhalteraufnahme, in die ein mit einem Meißel bestückter Meißelhalter einsetzbar ist, wobei der Meißelhalter mit einem Halterschaft in die Meißelhalteraufnahmen eingeführt und mittels Spannschrauben darin festgehalten sind und wobei die Spannschrauben in eine Gewindeaufnahme des Basisteils einschraubbar sind und sich dabei unter Spannung in einer Spannaufnahme des Halterschaftes des Meißelhalters abstützen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannschraube (15) einen Ansatz (18) aufweist, der mit einer Anlagefläche (18.1) an der Spannaufnahme (23) anliegt, und
dass der Ansatz (18) zumindest in dem an die Anlagefläche (18.1) anschließenden Bereich kleinere Außen-Querschnittsabmessungen aufweist als der Kerndurchmesser des Außengewindes (16) der Spannschraube (15). - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansatz (18) über einen Radius (R) in die Anlagefläche (18.1) übergeht. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (18) stumpfkegelförmig ausgebildet ist und sich ausgehend von dem das Außengewinde (16) tragenden Bereich der Spannschraube (15) bis hin zur Anlagefläche (18.1) kontinuierlich verjüngt. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannschrauben (15) in Form einer Madenschraube ausgebildet und vollständig in die Gewindeaufnahme (14) des Basisteils (10) eingeschraubt ist. - Meißelhalterwechselsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
gekennzeichnet durch einen der Ansprüche 7 bis 9.
